お菓子とコーヒー、冷たい水の入ったポットが用意されていましま。パスタブもあり、快適でした。 何よりオーナーからいただいたお勧めの周辺ガイドのメッセージがとても役立ちました。 設備はホテルと比較すると使いづらい部分もありましたがそれも含めて雰囲気を楽しめる宿でした。

連泊はとれず一泊だけだったが、オーナーご一家がとても感じよく対応してくださり、楽しく過ごせた。エレベーターがなく大きなスーツケースを運ぶのは大変だが、息子さんが手伝って下さった。部屋は歴史を感じさせるつくり。ポットにはミネラルウォーターが入っていて（水道水は飲めるがカルキ臭いとのこと）、チョコレートやクッキーの詰め合わせやコーヒーメーカーなど、日本の旅館的なおもてなしが用意されていた。ベッドは低い階段が添えてあるほど高さがあり、寝心地もよかった。建物は、宿泊スペースとは別のメイン部分が博物館となっている。ガイドツアーは時間の都合で参加しなかったが、少し覗いた1Fのフロア部分は重厚な雰囲気で素敵だった。一見の価値はあると思う。

Nice central place

Beautiful antique furniture, room had excellent facilities. The palace tour was informative. An enjoyable stay.

A different stay to a standard hotel and this should be understood before booking that this is someone’s ancestral home as well as a hotel. Which means it has its own little quirks. However we really liked it and it was in a superb location.

A super unique property in Jerez in an old castle. Definitely has an old world charm to it - lots of stairs and weaving hallways. Truly a trip back in time

The only positive of this hotel is its location. Otherwise , no service whatsoever. Not a palace , but a run down old house with small , uncomfortable rooms. No breakfast , nobody to help with luggage , no elevator , no TV.

I had very high hopes for the Palacio having stayed in similar buildings in Spain before. Sadly this was not a great experience. We arrived on a train from Seville , having previously advised the Palacio of our arrival time 9pm, then messaged again when the train was an hour late. Both messages were responded to saying this was fine. However when we finally arrived, the building was completely closed. Ringing and knocking did not get a response neither did a phone call. An email finally got a response to say my brother will let you in. Which after 10 minutes happened, rather grumpily on both sides. The room was good, echoes of history clear. But all showing their age. Dusty and faded. The bathroom shutters didn’t close and the shower curtain around the claw foot bath barely covered 1/4 of the bath meaning we showered exposed to the outside view and water went all over floor with every wash and trickled into bedroom. We saw no staff for all 3 days apart from a cleaner. On our final evening we returned to find scaffolding outside our 2nd floor windows then woke the next morning to find a man painting the window frame and walls directly outside our room. No amount of gesticulating dissuaded him and as we were leaving that morning, shutters wouldn’t move and curtain was inadequate, we were forced to shower in full view of the painter ! Very upsetting. Still no staff anywhere to be found so we left with no opportunity to resolve any issues. Felt thoroughly underwhelmed

Struttura fantastica, pulita e in pieno centro. Il proprietario disponibile ed efficiente nel saperci consigliare le varie attività e attrazioni del luogo.

We had a very comfortable stay in a historic setting! Very central but quiet location! Everything is only a short walk away and there is also parking just around the corner. We were warmly welcomed but unfortunately had no time to take part in a guided visit. Next time for sure! We highly recommend to stay here!

Palacio del Virrey Laserna is an exceptionally beautiful home rich in history. The bedrooms are elegant and it is privilege to be stay there it is unique. The family is welcoming and helpful with great suggestions for places to eat and visit.

Egy egészen különleges szálláshely azoknak, akik fogékonyak az ilyesmire: ez nem egy több csillagos szálloda mindenféle exkluzív szolgáltatással, hanem egy autentikus, mai napig lakott és használatban lévő, történelmi nemesi rezidencia, amelyet ez a környezet/atmoszféra tesz különlegessé (ezt foglalás előtt érdemes figyelembe venni). Mind a szoba, mind az oda vezető épületrész/folyosó eredeti, antik bútorokkal és műtárgyakkal (festmények, metszetek, falikárpitok, iparművészeti darabok) van berendezve. Az ember úgy érzi, belép a történelembe vagy egy film díszletei veszik körül. A jellegzetes andalúz belső kert a nyugalom szigete. A palota Jerez szívében található, pár perc sétára olyan nevezetességektől, mint a katedrális vagy az Alcázar, illetve számtalan bár, étterem és üzlet közvetlen közelében - ennek ellenére mind a szobában, mind a kertben pihenéshez és elmélyüléshez tökéletes csend van. Experiencia muy gratificante en palacio, habitación con gran encanto y detalles de los anfitriones que individualizan la estancia. Hablar con el benjamín de la familia es un verdadero placer. El museo es interesante, y el guía un auténtico lujo que la ameniza con múltiples anécdotas de la historia de España que la convierte en visita imprescindible en Jerez para el turismo de calidad.
