De kamer was prima. Het buitengedeelte was onverzorgd. Het zwembad lag er haveloos bij en was onbruikbaar. De medewerker bij de receptie was ongeïnteresseerd.

Had a nice two night stay, everything went well, staff good, especially the very helpful lady on reception. The area is a bit of a quiet gem, with loads of quiet roads to explore and a quaint village in walking distance. The nearby Laredo was good too, and just a short drive. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Room was more like a suite! We stayed half board which we would recommend as there are not many other places to eat in the area. The food was delicious so glad we booked half board. We visited Santoña (anchovy capital of the world ) and Laredo, both close by, which were well worth the visit. Lovely, unspoilt area of northern Spain.

Très bon restaurant.
Accès très difficile, pour personne ayant quelques difficultés pour se déplacer, si on se gare sur le parking gratuit. Le garage sous l'hôtel avec ascenseur (15 € la nuit) est, dans ce cas là, conseillé.

Reception staff very good. Bar lady lovely and very busy with other tasks.
Waiting on and dining was poor.
Wrong food, some not cooked (cold in the middle chicken) tasted ‘off’
2 chaps waiting on didn’t appear to want to serve us. Nice young lady came along and agreed the chicken wasn’t cooked.
We were asked about the food - I said awful

A very friendly welcome greeted us when we arrived at this hotel. As with all paradors cleanliness, service and comfort was excellent. Great for an overnight before catching the ferry in Santander.
