冷蔵庫や、お湯を沸かせないのが残念です

予約時にHotels.comに表示されていた施設情報には、毎日のハウスキーピングがあり、部屋には「暖房」があると書かれていたが、実際にはハウスキーピングはなかった。リンダという職員に理由を聞くと、「うちはそもそも毎日ハウスキーピングはしない。３日間以上滞在する客にのみ掃除をするルールであり、それはフロントに明示してあるから、ちゃんと読んでほしい」とのことだった。さらに、Hotels.comには「暖房」と明記されているのになぜ暖房がないのか尋ねると、「暖房は、１人１日３€の追加料金を支払えば入れてあげる」とのこと。しかしHotels.comの予約ページ（シングル２台・専用バスルーム付きタワールーム）には「暖房」が有料とは書かれておらず、暖房込みの宿泊料金であると信頼して予約したので、暖房代と称して追加料金を請求されるのは納得がいかないと改めて伺うと、「それは知らない。とにかく暖房は有料！」と譲らなかった。滞在中の３日間、非常に寒い思いをし、吐く息が白いほど室内が寒く、本当につらかった。これでは騙されたようなものである。施設情報が正確に示されていれば、この宿には宿泊しなかった。客対応も冷たく、お勧めできない宿である。

バスターミナルの向かい側のバス停Torneo (Plaza de Armas)からC3の循環バスに乗ってMenéndez Pelayo (Puerta Carmona)で降りればホテルのすぐそば。周辺にはレストラン・バル・スーパーマーケットもある。RenfeのSevilla Santa Justa駅も徒歩圏内。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで親切。案内された部屋は1階で広いが部屋のドアがアルコーブにあり、夜間は鍵の掛かるメインドアより道路側です。また部屋には大きな窓がありレースカーテンだと風は入るものの夜は丸見えです。通しも日当たりもよいが、1階なので道路から丸見えです。トイレ&シャワー&洗面は共同でフロントのあるエントランスにあります。まずセキュリティ、ドアには厳重な鍵が窓には強固な鉄格子があり周辺の治安も良さそうなので問題ないと思います。次にプライバシー、窓にはシャッターや厚いカーテンがあり閉じれば覗かれることは無いです。夜間にトイレを使用する際はメインドアのベルを押すと何時であっても常駐しているスタッフが直ぐに開けてくれます。セキュリティ確保でドアを、プライバシー確保でシャッターや厚いカーテンを閉めると風通しは無くなりますがエアコンがあります。但し、エアコンは別料金(数ユーロ)です。今回の利用は4月なので問題なし。夏の利用は数ユーロ払えば問題なし。(夏は無料になるのか不明)価格でホテルを選ぶ場合は、この数ユーロの負担の影響は大きいので、エクスペディアさんは正確な情報を提示する必要があります。部屋の明るさは天井照明1つと枕元のスタンドが2つあるので許容範囲内です。総合的に私はリピートしたいホテルです。

●良かった点 ・価格は手頃 ●悪かった点 ・部屋がすごく暗い ・汚さが目立つ ・ホテルの中ではなく、入り口前の部屋に案内されたため、セキュリティ的に心配があった。 ・受付はあまり好意的ではなかった ・長期的な滞在はあまり薦めない。価格を考慮して、1泊だけ素泊まりする程度の感覚で利用することを推奨する。

very dirty and comfortable! I don't recommend this place!

セビージャの駅からはタクシーで１０分かからないくらいで、カテドラルなどの繁華街も近く立地的には最高でした。近くにはたくさんバルもあり、外灯もたくさんあったので食事には困らず、危険な感じはしませんでした。セビージャの古き街並みの中にある感じがして、とても雰囲気は良かったです。 内装は本当に家の部屋を借りている感じがして、非常にアットホームでした。ただ、快適かどうかを聞かれれば、エアコンなし、冷蔵庫なし、トイレと風呂が共同といった感じで。男三人大学生で泊まったのですが、慣れれば快適でした。 また、フロントのメインエントランスが日中開けっ放しになっていて、心地よい風が入ってきたので、８月の一番暑いときに泊まったのですが、エアコンがなくても大丈夫でした。 コストを抑えたい人にはもってこいのホテルだと思います。

Très déçus. Les photos ne sont pas le reflet de la réalité. Elles ne font pas apparaître que tout est rafistolé ou pas en état (les murs, les robinets, les carreaux, les joints de douche, la cuvette des WC qui fuit etc..). Le mobilier a bien vécu et même pas une étagère dans l'armoire et juste 2 cintres. Seul le carrelage a été rénové Les personnes vues a la réception étaient bien aimables mais pas toujours là aux horaires annoncés. Nous n avons donc pu demander un second oreiller que le deuxième jour. Dans une chambre pour deux, il n'y en avait qu'un et...On l'attend encore et on ne peut pas réclamer puisque personne a l'accueil En outre, la chambre était contiguëe a la SDB commune et en plus sur rue. C'était très très bruyant le soir et la nuit d'autant que le second soir, il y a eu du bruit de travaux m a t il semble, jusqu'à plus de minuit. On a demandé le lendemain, pourquoi mais personne ne sait. On a aussi été étonnée que notre lit ait à peine été refait, les serviettes non changées pendant 3 jours, ni même rangées a minima. Le ménage a probablement été fait mais difficile d'en attester Quand même, le lieu est vraiment en plein centre de la vieille ville comme le précise le descriptif Bref, nous sommes très surpris des bonnes appréciations. Nous, on choisira prochainement un autre hôtel

A localização é o diferencial, no restante e bem simples e muito barulho na rua mas como fiquei uma noite só, foi bom.

Logement proche de tous les points d'intérêts et des restaurants.

I am so glad I chose this wonderful place for my stay in Seville. The service was kind and accommodating, I was in a convenient location, and the pension itself was quite charming. A great place with a stellar value-to-cost ratio! Me alegro muchísimo de haber elegido este maravilloso lugar para mi estancia en Sevilla. El servicio fue amable y atento, la ubicación era muy conveniente y la pensión en sí era encantadora. ¡Un lugar estupendo con una excelente relación calidad-precio!

Había una buena amistad de la señorita de la recepción, igual la vibra dentro del cuarto. El aire acondicionado funcionó, entonces pudimos dormir tranquilos. Pero, una de las camas era menos cómoda porque el colchón era mas dueo que el otro. Sin embargo, fue un buen hospedaje por el precio.

First impression want that good. When we arrive wait a lot for main door to be open the lady get x with us because we ring the bell twice for them to open the door for us. That was very unprofessional of them. Not like it at all. I booked very cheap room basement bank bed room. Room size is ok, lots of cupboard, air condition, only worse thing is bunk bed wasn't look safe. I thing needs to be change, looked like used for a long time or it is not the good strong one. Rest of it ok. Bed sheets and towels were good clean

Close proximity to Real Alcazar, Cathedral and Plaza de España. Parking was challenging. Safe area and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. At times it was challenging finding an open bathroom, but it worked out.

I was very close to many of the monuments. The personnel was very helpful. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator.

The property is situated in a tightly packed neighborhood with one-lane, two-way traffic. I had rented a Mercedes C 4S20, and upon check-in, a full 40 minutes were spent trying to park in a garage so cramped it felt like a tuna can. The room we stayed in was the largest and best option available. While it appeared "clean," there was a persistent sewage-like odor wafting from the bathroom. it lingered until we had to leave the windows open, even in early April weather. George, the staff member who helped us, was friendly, but he wasn’t available for our early morning checkout. Given the parking ordeal, I decided to film the "Checkout for Dummies" process, expecting it to be straightforward. But, in the middle of recording, a truck squeezed by us so closely, I accidentally stopped the video. Naturally, I didn't realize this until the next morning, when I found out I had only captured a few seconds of footage—nothing helpful. Without any staff around and no recording, we ended up wasting another hour trying to check out and remove the car from the sardine-can garage. The bottom line is this: it shouldn't have been this complicated in the first place.
