Había una buena amistad de la señorita de la recepción, igual la vibra dentro del cuarto. El aire acondicionado funcionó, entonces pudimos dormir tranquilos. Pero, una de las camas era menos cómoda porque el colchón era mas dueo que el otro. Sin embargo, fue un buen hospedaje por el precio.

First impression want that good. When we arrive wait a lot for main door to be open the lady get x with us because we ring the bell twice for them to open the door for us. That was very unprofessional of them. Not like it at all. I booked very cheap room basement bank bed room. Room size is ok, lots of cupboard, air condition, only worse thing is bunk bed wasn't look safe. I thing needs to be change, looked like used for a long time or it is not the good strong one. Rest of it ok. Bed sheets and towels were good clean

Close proximity to Real Alcazar, Cathedral and Plaza de España. Parking was challenging. Safe area and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. At times it was challenging finding an open bathroom, but it worked out.

I was very close to many of the monuments. The personnel was very helpful. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator.

The property is situated in a tightly packed neighborhood with one-lane, two-way traffic. I had rented a Mercedes C 4S20, and upon check-in, a full 40 minutes were spent trying to park in a garage so cramped it felt like a tuna can. The room we stayed in was the largest and best option available. While it appeared "clean," there was a persistent sewage-like odor wafting from the bathroom. it lingered until we had to leave the windows open, even in early April weather. George, the staff member who helped us, was friendly, but he wasn’t available for our early morning checkout. Given the parking ordeal, I decided to film the "Checkout for Dummies" process, expecting it to be straightforward. But, in the middle of recording, a truck squeezed by us so closely, I accidentally stopped the video. Naturally, I didn't realize this until the next morning, when I found out I had only captured a few seconds of footage—nothing helpful. Without any staff around and no recording, we ended up wasting another hour trying to check out and remove the car from the sardine-can garage. The bottom line is this: it shouldn't have been this complicated in the first place.

Decent place to stay for a couple of nights. Bit of noise from outside but nothing too loud. Would stay again

The facility has a convenient location, friendly staff. Reasonably clean. My stay experience depends on the room. My room has a small upper window next to staircase, with a thin blinds. Each time the staircase light is turned on by anyone, my room light up partially. This went on for hours into my night, making it difficult to sleep. This should be easily fixable though, by blocking the light from that window somehow.

Parking, on a oublié de dire sur le site que c est 18€ par jour et en cash. Louer une Fiat 500 comme nous autrement impossible de rentrer voir sortir. Je voyage beaucoup et ne suis pas difficile ni exigente concernant les hébergements mais là, passez votre chemin. Rapport qualite prix, encore zero. En conclusion, a fuire si vous voulez bien dormir pour recuperer de votre journee de visite.

Experiencia bastante buena. El baño aunque es compartido siempre ha estado limpio. La habitación también. El lugar es precioso y se puede pedir parking (pagando). Recomendable. El servicio es también muy bueno.

Room was clean, good location. But, where our room was located, it was nearly impossible to sleep in the morning because it was so loud. It wasn’t the guests that were loud, it was the cleaning being done starting before 8am. The wifi also wasn’t available in the hotel rooms, only the lobby.

It was a nice friendly place. We stayed on ground floor by the street and wasn’t noise at all. I would be back

La estancia ha sido muy buena, zona tranquila y cercana al centro a pie, hay opción de parking justo enfrente del alojamiento y el personal fue encantador.

Pessoas muito simpáticas, mas ouvia-se tudo dos outros quartos e da rua

Bien ubicado, ambiente agradable, lugar tranquilo donde poder dormir.
