Das Personal, egal welches, Rezeption, Service oder Zimmermädchen, alle waren überaus freundlich und waren sehr bemüht es einem recht zu machen. Perfekt.

Lovely staff. Very clean. Rooms and common areas a bit tired and need updating. Great location for visiting the old town. Really enjoyed our stay.

Unacceptable and Unsafe Experience – Avoid This Hotel. My stay at Petit Palace HotelTres in Palma de Mallorca was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I had booked a three-night stay (December 26, 27 and 28), but I ended up checking out early on the third day because the conditions were simply unbearable. From the beginning, there were clear signs of neglect. The bathroom faucet was not working, which already showed a lack of basic maintenance. However, the situation became much worse on the second night around 11:50 PM, when the room suddenly filled with a strong rotten smell that made it impossible to stay inside comfortably. I was forced to open all the windows in the middle of the night just to be able to breathe. I immediately tried to contact the hotel by calling the reception desk and the emergency service several times, but no one answered the phone. I then went downstairs in person, only to find that the office was completely closed, with no staff available to help. This was extremely concerning and made me feel unsafe. Because of the smell and the complete lack of assistance, I had to sleep fully dressed, not knowing what was causing the odor or whether it was even safe to remain in the room. This experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially for a property that presents itself as a high-end hotel. Basic maintenance, hygiene, and 24-hour assistance are non-negotiable, and Hotel Tres failed in all of them.

Das Zimmer war super. Schön sauber und die Dusche riesig. Personal freundlich, Frühstück gut und sehr nah am Zentrum gelegen. Optimal für einen Städterrip.

My mum and I had the most wonderful stay, everything was perfect. Every member of staff was beyond helpful and kind, the room was lovely - the beds super comfy. Fabulous location very near the shops and cathedral. Breakfast gorgeous - so much choice. Spotlessly clean. Recommend a day trip to Soller - its 45 minutes away and you won't be disappointed.

Spacious room. Bathroom with a shower and 2 wash basins. We had The 5th floor in the new building with the roof terrace above us. We were able to leave our bags early in reception and Guillia sent us a message when the room was ready allowing us to check in 2 hours earlier. Breakfast was fresh with fruit, yogurt, bread, cakes. Lovely warm and welcoming staff.

Mycket trevligt bemötande av samtlig personal i huset . Och att man kunde ta ett bastubad på takterrassen med utsikt över hav och stad kostnadsfritt utan att förboka ,blev verkligen guldkant på vistelsen

Very nice hotel right in the center. Spacious room with a small balcony and plenty of good eating places in walking distance. Good staff with good service - we will definitely be back

Good communication about everything. Lovely to be able to sit in courtyard. Very quiet hotel. Everything handled very efficiently. Enjoyed the roof terrace. Very comfortable bed & excellent sleep.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Within walking distance to the old town.

The staff was incredible, Robe the bartender was great! He was engaging friendly and really took care of myself and my group of friends during our stay. The front desk staff was accommodating and helped us throughout our entire visit. The breakfast buffet was fresh with a ton of selections. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!!

Excellent location for exploring the Old Town. Room was perfect and we loved overlooking the courtyard. Great little roof terrace for when the sun is shining with fabulous view of the cathedral. We would stay again!
