Staff, breakfast and location is by far the best assets. The bed was terrible. It felt like a water bed eventho it was not. Random movements even while no one in the bed was moving. The breakfast was great thanks to Gaby and Rosie. The bar was non existent except for Robert who would delightfully prepare the drink you asked for.

Perfect location in the city center! Easily walkable to anything you’d want to see in the city. Included breakfast buffet, beautiful rooftop with pool, there were also bikes available for guest use.

Great location really central and really helpful staff.

Great location, the hotel was very well maintained. E-bike rental was a bargain at €6 per day and we had so much fun cycling to nearby beaches. The pool is very small, but the roof top terrace is lovely. Some music would have helped with the ambience. The room was clean and well equipped with dressing gowns etc but the open style bathroom didn’t allow for much privacy!

Mooie kamers, goed uitgebreid ontbijt (met cava!) super vriendelijke mensen en schoon. Locatie is ook top. Makkelijk de stad in lopen, veel en goede restaurants en bars om de hoek.

A perfectly located hotel in the heart of Palma. A group of 10 of us were staying here and we struggles to find fault. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, the bed comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
