Good to have access to the theme park

Hotel está bien, todo perfecto y sus empleados muy amables ,

Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas, el baño aun disponia de bañera lo que le daba un aspecto un poco antiguo. Las vistas muy bonitas si que la piscina estava mediocre llena y la vegetacion de alrededor tenia un aspecto mal cuidado, falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones.

Alojamiento i hotel bien pero el trato en el bufet aparte de caro no nos dieron tiempo para comer i en la oferta pone que entra ferrariland i es mentira porque está cerrado

We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel hosted evening activities for kids which was a plus. The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Overall, great place and experience that I would repeat.

Noisy neighbours, dirty floors in room. No iron or ironing board (travelling for work). Close to theme park though!

Room was dirty with debris on the floor pillows mark with fresh blood stains and sheets to.Mark next to toilet on the wall licking from the toilet to basin Derry with some type of cream.complaining at reception show the pictures responded the cleaner wil com but don’t know when After the cleaner cam just changed the bed sheets not clean the bathroom and the floor came back from the park at around 10pm dident had power to complain again.In the morning have to go to breakfast early wake up at 7 open the hot water of cors was cold waiting 15 minutes still cold went to reception complain about it replaying you have to wait 15 minutes went back to the room after 20 more minutes water start getting hot disappointing

Me gustó la rapidez del check inn , No me gustó que no tuviera una pequeña nevera en la habitación, y que tuviera bañera en vez de ducha.

Estamos alojados en unos edificios de habitaciones, no en el hotel en si. Al llegar las llaves no estaban activadas, vuelve al hotel para que te lo solucionen. La luz del baño parpadea. La cena del buffet con poco surtido.

Just old hotel what you need to dust off. Strange system with dinner drinks: staff doesnt explaine to you that coca-cola from automachine is not included and after if you take drinks - they are like seagles come to you and ask you to pay. Very low-level english. Old bathrooms. Nothing special.

The hotel is ok, swimming pool is fun, reception area clean and organised and the theme park is amazing so the tickets were what made this stay. A few things to note: The breakfast times were really not right they will give you a 45 min window in which you will spend the first 10 min going in and the last 10 being reminded you need to leave. This was really not explained on arrival and the first day we arrived at half past (thinking we just had to arrive within the timeframe chosen on the app) and immediately being reminded we needed to leave… the park is a good 15 -20 min walk to the park gate. the walking inside the park is insane so be prepared, this hotel does not include early morning entry (those that are inside the park do) and last, our room was ok there were a few cobwebs in the ceiling crevices which meant my children refused to sleep in the top of the bunk bed and we were eaten by mosquitoes (obviously the spiders were not working hard enough ;)) so take repellent. Also, disappointingly our room was about half the size of the room in the main building that some friends had booked directly with port aventura (same class and price, but they had a bigger cleaner room with a reception and sofa) request these in advance if possible. This is a trip for the kids and they loved it so that’s all we really cared for. The hotel has things to improve but as a theme park hotel it did the job.

Peu confortable. Pas de mini refrigerateur dans la chambre. Pas possible de mettre au frais de l eau ou des medicaments. C est 1 probleme quand votre enfant prend des medicaments. Pas de bouteille d eau au moins pour acceuillir le 1er jour. Le service ma proprete et le contexte de l hoyel n est pas a la hauteur du prix. La douche a soit trop de pression soit pas assez. Pas de serviette pour la piscine. 1 acceuil expeditif.

All inclusive option is really not worth, the lunch is basically the snack bar with some extras between 1 and 3. But its limited. Its alive with Mosquitos, with us all been bitten and loads of other people having been bitten. Was there for 10 days sheets never changed. Towels changed daily. Breakfast and dinner run at set times, and you can. Pick the times on the app. But because you only have 40 mins for breakfast and 1 hour for dinner its a rush and the food options are ok if your there for 2 or 3 days if longer dont bother.

Check in was a pleasure staff were pleasent. changed room on day 2 as sewer smell got too bad but this was all dealt with swiftly. The bathrooms are spacious didn’t give 5 stars as they do need a refurb in this area. Outside facilities nice but not cleaned as saw 2 days running someone’s rubbish and cereals had been spilt oh and there’s always a nappy isn’t there! Blame guests firstly! There’s places to refill water bottles and a machine providing hot water fyi if not all inclusive it’s good to know! You can store luggage at end of trip for a fee its a wet safe option. Your key card accumulates points at portaventura on purchases worth knowing and must be presented before payment, rooms are cleaned daily and there is always pleasent staff about if you need anything

Tout était parfait le parc à proximité, la piscine est très propre et la température de l’eau très agréable, le petit déjeuner une très grand choix, par contre il faut la veille au plus tard annoncer l’heure où l’on vient à choix 8h, 9h ou 10h et nous avons 45 minutes ! … service des gens sur place très agréable Grosse déception pour moi notre chambre avait des moisissures au plafond et était très humide … à la réception il ont refuser de nous changer de chambre et bon ok si pour une nuit mais nous sommes restés 5 nuits ! (Mais je pense que cela concerne que quelques chambres qui n’ont pas de soleil de la journée car les fenêtres étaient cachées par de la végétation…) Si non rien à redire, c’était hormis ça très bien 😉

Cuando llegamos a las 11 de la noche no nos habían activado las tarjetas de la habitación. No teníamos toalla de manos y la sabana bajera de la cama de matrimonio y la almohada eran más pequeñas que la cama, por lo que el descanso no fue adecuado. La razón es que habían tenido un problema con la lavandería. Pero creo que no es de recibo porque nosotros hemos pagado por el servicio de la habitación completo.
