場所がとても便利で、何より清潔だった。

It was the most clean and stylish hostel I have ever stayed. Location is center of the city, walking distance to everywhere. Room is spacious, pod has curtains. Roommates were very friendly at the time I stayed that made us less awkward. Lobby is not like usual hostel standard, designed like a boutique hotel lobby. I just wished: There is at least shared refrigerator. Washer for clothes. Space to dry clothes. And clean bathroom more often/ or better. Service was nice, everyone who works there was very professional .

rente una cama en una habitación de 8 y había una persona que claramente no tenía hogar, lo cual no es problema, el problema es que hablo toda la noche y se masturb* y vio pornografia con el volumen alto

La habitación muy bien, comoda y limpia, los baños si les falto un poco de mantenimiento en general

Los baños estuvieron bastante sucios todo el domingo, no hubo mantenimiento. Y solo un wc disponible. Despues de las 23 horas no se respeto el silencio, deberian haber carteles que lo indiquen. Por lo demas personal muy amable y la cama muy limpia. Servicio de guardamaleta 3 euros, un poco caro.

Instalaciones muy lindas, habitaciones cómodas y una excelente ubicación sobre Gran Vía. Conchi en la recepción, siempre muy amable y atenta con los huéspedes.

El personal fue mug amable y me encantó

A localização é excelente os funcionários são super atenciosos acho que a cozinha poderia ter um forno além do microondas e os quartos podem ser mais equipados no geral é boa para uma hospedagem curta super atende !

Esta bien ubicado en Gran Vía, llega el autobus del aeropuerto osea que es super fácil irse y venir. Lo que no me encantaría son las literas estan un poco bajas y no soy una persona precisamente alta jajaja pero bueno la verdad todo lo demas super bien

Very good for short stay. Quiet and clean.

I tried this hostel for the first time, an enthusiastic receptionists told me it would be the greatest I've stayed ever, which I challenged jokingly, here are the reasons why my stay was not good and what you can expect. Pros: - Location is fantastic, close to the bus stop to the airport, right at the beginning of Gran via. - Staff is friendly - Building feels in good condition, it was well insulated from outside noise or at least my side of the building. - Wifi is fast (when it works, check cons) Cons: - The mattress clearly needs a replacement, the pillow needed a replacement 5 years ago, quite uncomfortable. - Doors slam quite bad and wake you up. - Toilets are limited depending on the side of the building you are in. - The main common area has a terrible power outlet distribution and layout. - The "kitchen" area had not much at all, they had a problem with the kettle and didn't get a replacement in 2 days so no hot water, the cold water was often empty. - The wifi went down on my second day at 2pm, I left the following day at 11am the wifi was still down. You can't have doors that slam so badly, it is really that bad, plus, my room was next to aa bathroom and it was quite noisy too. The wifi situation I don't knowhow common is, I was probably unlucky but you can't afford nearly 24h (or more) without wifi. You can't take days to replace a kettle, walk 15' and buy one from El Corte Ingles. Not recommended from me, only a short stay if you are lucky with room.

Estuve una sola noche, pero fue una experiencia genial, los chicos de recepcion todos super amables, predispuestos a ayudar en cualquier tipo de dudas que tengas, muchisimas gracias y me quede super admirada con que el chico que estaba en recepcion era poliglota, un genio ! En cuanto al lugar, muy limpio, te dan candado para el locker que ademas es super espacioso, y la cama comoda y con cortina para tener mayor intimidad a pesar de estar compartiendo cuarto ! Me fui super conforme con el servicio ! Muchas gracias !

Great location Friendly helpful staff Nice rooms and common areas

Hostel muy bien ubicado, a 200m del bus al aeropuerto. Excelente zona. Recepción lenta si hay gente llegando al mismo tiempo. Camas cómoda, con cortina. Locker amplio con candado del lugar con llave. Dan toallas.

Todo bien, a mi experiencia por primera vez en un hostal no es muy cómodo compartir habitación por la cuestión del descanso ya que la entrada y la salida de los compañeros era constante De ahí en más todo bien el lugar perfecto y bien ubicado

The room was very uncomfortable to get around, there was no hook to hang towels. No mirror. I only needed the place for few hours to sleep, but i would not book it again to stay for longer stays.
