部屋は清潔で、目の前にスーパーマーケットもあり良かったです。 バスターミナルからも徒歩５分、ビーチまでも徒歩10分もかからないです。 ただ受付の方々に笑顔がなく、フレンドリーな感じは受けませんでした。

La habitacion era amplia, tenia balcon y estaba muy limpia. La cama era cómoda. Todo bien!!

Clean rooms, no service personnel at reception except a virtual check in using devices at the desk in the lobby. Restaurant was not open but in the near vicinity there are several restaurants.

La habitación estaba correcta, desayuno no podias hacer, el problema que tiene este establecimiento lo tienen con el personal de limpieza, a las 8 de la mañana parecia una fiesta, llenando cubos de agua que se oía desde la cama, hablando con un tono no adecuado para dichas horas. No repetiria ni aconsejo el hotel a nadie, de las 4 estrellas se le cayeron varias.

Tout se passe en ligne….aucune aide de la part de l’hôtel. Informations contradictoires concernant le parking. Douche impossible à arrêter😭😔…..on est passé du duplex à une chambre avec terrasse….

Aucune personne a l’accueil ni ailleurs, Check in online uniquement, une assistance via whatsapp mais pas réactif ni aimable du tout Petit dej correct mais personnel antipathique ! Chambre très mal insonorisée et bruit sur rue On ne reviendra pas et on ne recommande évidemment pas !

Tienen que darle una vuelta de tuerca al sistema de check in, no hay recepción y todo se hace con el móvil. Me enviaron un primer código para entrar al hotel y no era correcto, en la entrada éramos varios clientes con el mismo problema y con cara de tontos sin poder acceder. Por otro lado me gustaría advertir que las habitaciones de la cuarta planta a priori las mas caras presentan un problema de ruido por la noche debido a la maquinaria de los ascensores y diferentes aparatos de la cubierta del edificio que está justo encima. Advertir también que lo que ellos llaman piscina está fuera de servicio.

The Hotel is comfortable and in a good location. A few minutes walk gets you to the beach, local eats around the corner, a market and a pharmacy nearby. There is no Parking…it says there is parking, but the street parking in front of the hotel is not long term. The problem with this Hotel is that there is no one at the facility and contact to customer service is through wassap and Ai…checking in was a pain, you have to do all of it online (they should provide a temp code to get into the hotel) and to make matters worse, they had a system glitch where everyone was locked out of the Hotel and the rooms. I get they are trying to go full tech; but when stuff goes wrong you have to have someone available. The cleaning crew could not help because they are forbidden and everything is being recorded. This is a Hotel being ran like an Air B n B

It was far too hot to sleep there and no one told us it would be virtual check in it was the most stressful experience!

The virtual check in was a mess. First off you can only enter the lobby of the hotel with a code at the door. If you have not checked in you do not have a code. We had to wait for someone to leave the lobby and walk in while the door was open. We had issues with the check in and since it was virtual we had to call and message via WhatsApp as directed on the signs in the lobby next to the iPad to check in. No one responded via WhatsApp or answered when we called the number. We ended up hunting down a maid who did her best to help. If not for her I do not know if we would have been able to get checked in. If we would have come after the maids left we would have been in a bind. The messages sent on whatsapp were never replied to. The money they saved by not staffing the lobby made this a place we will never visit again.

Overall experience was great for a quick getaway if you plan on staying for a couple of night highly suggest this place !

Estancia muy agradable

El alojamiento está bien. Nuevo y bien ubicado. El recepcionista no ha sido muy amable. Tampoco nos aceptaron el crédito de usuarios VIP de Hoteles.com que dice en la página y se confirma al reservar. En la recepción del desayuno, el hombre que recibe es bastante desagradable y maleducado. Me atendió de muy mala manera cuando le solicité un poco de agua caliiente.

Le seul bémol à ce séjour à été la panne de l'ascenseur au moment où nous avons voulu l'utiliser
