フロントの方が全員気さくで、何事にもきちんと対応してくれて本当によかった。

バルセロナの海沿いにも近く、ランブラス通りやサクラダファミリアなど観光名所 へもタクシーで、€100圏内で移動もしやすい立地でした。 ホテルの内装も比較的、綺麗でした。 又、利用できればと思います。

ホテルのチェックイン時刻より、2時間ほどはやく到着をしたため、アーリーチェックインのお願いをしたら、もめることなく、ノーチャージで対応をしてくれた。 また周辺エリアは中心地より少し離れている分、静かな環境で、海が非常に近く散歩をするのに適していた。

ごく普通のホテルです．ティッシュやケトルがなかったので，少し困りました．

テラス付きの部屋に宿泊しました。部屋はとても良かったのですが入ってタバコとフレグランスの臭いがきつかったです。禁煙フロアなのに… テラスはとても気持ちが良かっただけに、残念です。

Tous nous a semblé parfait. Sauf chaleur excecive dans la première chambre sans airco en hivers. Changement de chambre avec fenêtres vers exterieur ok le jour d après. Horaire petit dej max 10 heures trop court dans certains cas. Mais trés bien dans l ensemble.

Helt fint hotel til prisen. Rengøringen er i orden . Sengene kunne godt være bedre.

Le quartier est tristoune et éloigné de la mer et du centre.

We found this hotel to be conveniently located near two subway lines, and within walking distance from Westfield shopping center. The rooms were clean.We loved the spa! However, the bathroom could have been better maintained. There were traces of moisture damage on the molding around the door, and shelves had been moved without any of the old holes being sealed with silicone.

Superbra service, frukost och läge. Dock var finishen på rummet dåligt. Slitna golv, skramlande och dålig AC, bubblorna i badkaret funkade inte.

Le spa était excellent nous avons pu nous reposer et nous détendre.

Top Standort. Vielfältige Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Saubere Zimmer und eine sehr schöne Rooftopbar! Sehr zu empfehlen!

8.5/10. La chambre est jolie, moderne, avec du rangement et un frigo bien frais. Bon wifi. Personnel sympa. Très bon spa, parfait pour se détendre, et on nous fournit peignoirs, chaussons et bonnets de piscine. Pas de bouteille d'eau d'accueil mais de l'eau en libre service à la réception. Pas de couette dans le lit, il a fallu prendre une couverture car on avait un peu froid. Un peu bruyant côté route mais c'est supportable. Le plus gros désavantage de l'hôtel est son emplacement : il est très excentré (au moins 30min à pied du centre et de tous les monuments à voir) et le quartier n'est pas des plus attrayant.

Absolutely stunning hotel! On arrival they showed me my room although it was nice it had two single beds together (which I can not stand) I went to ask reception if I could change rooms and they provided me with a stunning larger room. The staff are very accommodating at both the reception and rooftop bar. The room itself was clean and very spacious, nice tv, wardrobe and all amenities you would need. The star of this hotel would definitely be the rooftop bar and restaurant with panoramic views of Barcelona and a nice modern style to the decor. The area surrounding the hotel provide many restaurants, bars and cafes. As this was a solo trip I did feel safe walking around both the area and hotel alone at night. The hotel also has a spa/ swimming pool, the swimming pool is on the smaller size and can feel a little crowded when there’s 3 or more people. Overall great stay for the 4 nights I was there!

The property was in a good condition. The daily access to the spa was a good addition to our stay. Unfortunately the front counter staff did not recognise the Expedia VIP hotel access. Good access to restaurants and the local metro was a few minutes walk.

Lovely hotel with great bars and spa facilities. Rooftop bar was great with a good vibe and view. Location is near a tube but around 15mins to city centre by metro, but easy to get too. Note: Pool/Spa is only accessible for kids 9-12am. Restaurant despite having space has a long wait, if you don’t book in advance.

Pros: The rooftop 100% makes this hotel! The staff up there was very friendly and attentive; I actually looked forward to going up there. The sunset view at night is stunning and the food was fantastic. Now to the not so good stuff I booked my trip on Expedia and because of the time change, I landed the day after my check in to the hotel. When I got there, I was told that my reservation had been canceled due to being a no show. Thankfully they were able to resolve it and I was able to check in. Next, I received a phone call 4 days into check in around 2pm saying I was due to check out at noon that day when I was booked until noon the 13th. I went back and forth with the woman on the phone for about 5 minutes as I'm looking at my email reservation then she gets back on the phone to tell me it was a system error. When I got back to my room, my key had been deactivated. A part of me booking this particular hotel was the gym, however, the one and only treadmill here was not working. The overall hotel is just alright. I definitely should've done my research as far as the location goes. I wouldn't necessarily recommend.
