I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my five-day stay. Whenever I return to Spain, I will definitely stay here again, and I’ll also recommend it to my family and friends. One of my favourite features was the rooftop terrace—it’s the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy a sense of peace, even in the middle of such a vibrant and lively city. I also appreciated the excellent service. On one occasion, I ordered food through Uber Eats, and although the restaurant didn't provide cutlery with the delivery, the reception staff were more than happy to provide me with some when I asked. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it—don't think twice about booking it. Trust me, you'll love your stay!

Nos gustó el desayuno porque estaba variado y buena calidad. Personal atento y amable. Nos pusieron una cunita para nuestra bebé, sin solicitarlo. Nos permitieron late chekout y nos coordinaron el transporte para el aeropuerto. En definitiva todo bien positivo y quedamos satisfechos. En la habitación podrían mejorar el colchón.

Clean renovated centrally located. Area was quiet, fairly business and residential oriented but abou 10 minute walk to connect to transit or get to tourist things though there are convenience stores nearby.

Although the staff were helpful in dealing with the leak that occurred at midnight on my first night, they also were standoffish, almost as if they didn’t want to be at work. Breakfast could have more options. Also the first room that I had which right at the back on the hotel, with a gapping hole in the opposite the door which was unsightly and then there were ants crawling everywhere in the room. Also was due a free bottle of wine during my stay, did not receive this. Second that I got moved into was better, more spacious and comfortable. Overall I would rate this hotel a 3/5

Really helpful young man on reception when we arrived 3 April at about 11:00. My wife left her handbag in a taxi and he helped us get it back. Rooms were great. Rooftop bar is great. Spa is great. Improvements? Mats in the gym. Instructions for the air con. I would definitely come back
