It’s not in the city centre or shopping centre but it’s near metro (approx. 5-8 min walk). The room is a bit small but it’s good for us as we stayed a room with balcony.

I have stayed in this hotel for five night, the staff are nice, the king size bed is very comfortable, and the room is very tidy, it is quite near the beach, which walk around 15 mins to go there.

Das Hotel war super. Das Frühstück eine Katastrophe! 18€ pro Person für eine sehr schlechte Qualität. Tipp: Geht gegenüber des Hintereingangs zur kleinen Bäckerei Bread Bucket. Super Kaffee, leckere Backteile und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Haben zu 2 dort nicht mal 10 € bei einer hervorragenden Qualität ausgegeben

A estrutura é muito boa, confortável e ampla. Fica perto do metrô Bogatell, o que facilita muito pra qualquer deslocamento. Única queixa é que a equipe de recepção foi profissional, mas também impessoal sempre que tivemos contato - à exceção foi a equipe de camareiras, muito agradáveis.

Der allgemeine Zustand des Hotels war in Ordnung und an der Rezeption wurden wir freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Leider ließ die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals in anderen Bereichen zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren zu zweit angereist, dennoch war vieles im Zimmer und beim Service nur für eine Person vorbereitet (z. B. Bademantel, Kaffeetasse). Auf unserer großen Terrasse fehlte zudem ein Aschenbecher. Auch beim Service gab es einige Punkte, die nicht überzeugend waren. Ein bestellter Eiskaffee bestand lediglich aus einem Glas mit Eiswürfeln, über das man selbst normalen Kaffee gießen sollte – das empfanden wir als unpassend. Zusätzlich funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht richtig. Sie ließ sich zwar einschalten, blies jedoch nur kalte Luft, sodass es im Zimmer sehr kühl war. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, allerdings besteht beim Service und bei der Ausstattung noch deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial.

Quarto espaçoso, limpeza e atenção da equipe.

Nice staff, the food was good and it was central. Big rooms with AC and it was clean <3

The room was great, space and distribution, what was not good is the a/c for the entire stay the room was hot and opening the window was not an option since there is a bar and the noise was not comfortable.

Tuve un problema porque dos chicas entraron en la mañana a mi habitación corriendo y yo estaba dormida!!! Como es posible que puedan entrar a mi habitación si está cerrada como pudo utilizar una llave para poder entrar entonces no hay ssguridad en las habitaciones así puede entrar cualquiera y robar tus pertenencias

Hotel room was tiny,housekeeping was good,staff were average

Room was spotless ,good food at the breakfast but people working at breakfast area they should work on the manners -telling people good morning and good bye ,thank you

El personal absolutamente acogedor y profesional (el señor del spa algo intenso pero fue diverti do, se agradece que hable francés y italiano !!) La habitación muy bien, sé agradeceria más luz / ventana más grande en el piso 8 - pero hay un rooftop al piso 10. El albornoz !!!!! Waouh - sinceramente es un plus ++++ - que agradable - y lo puedes comprar por 50€! Me parece genial

Chambre peu insonorisés, nous avons été réveillé toutes les nuits par les chambres voisines et ces occupants qui n’avaient aucun respect pour les autres clients

Service and staff are great. Very responsive. However, the first room we were given was boiling hot (in December!). No functional AC. Hotel was full so we had to bear with it for 2 nights before they moved us. Replacement room was a lot smaller - too small to be a family room but a smaller room was better than a hot room. For a 4* hotel that is unacceptable.

Tous nous a semblé parfait. Sauf chaleur excecive dans la première chambre sans airco en hivers. Changement de chambre avec fenêtres vers exterieur ok le jour d après. Horaire petit dej max 10 heures trop court dans certains cas. Mais trés bien dans l ensemble.
