Stanza superior ottima spaziosa con salotto bagno molto ampio con accappatoi silenziosa affacciata sull'interno colazione a buffet ricca variegata e buona personale

Buona la posizione in centro a Cadice, comodo il parcheggio, ma solo se si ha un’auto piccola, l’accesso è davvero molto angusto, spa chiusa quindi non vista, chiusa anche la terrazza con piscina e vista, un vero peccato! Le camere sono davvero obsolete e necessitano sicuramente di essere rimodernate! Nel complesso non sicuramente un 4 stelle!

El personal y la habitación

Meillä oli tavallinen huone, joka oli perustasoa mutta siisti. Kylpyhuone oli tilava. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen. Aamiainen hyvää perustasoa, mutta tarjoilupisteet sijoitettu sokkeloiseen rakennukseen eikä ollut selkeitä viittoja mistä etsiä mitäkin. Meloniviipaleet olivat molempina aamuina pahentuneen lloiset. Hotellin sisäänkäynti on ensin hieman vaikea löytää sivukadulta kun pääkadulla ei ole viittaa kun hotellin pysäköintiin. Hotellin omaan pysäköintiin mennään kapealta sivukadulta auto-hissiin. Tuo tiukka käännös jäi minulta tekemättä. Lähellä on hyvä yleinen maksullinen pysäköintihalli. Jätin auton sinne. Hotellin kylpylä / SPA-osaato on näkemisen/ kokemisen arvoinen. Hotellissa asuva saa pienen alennuksen sisäänpääsymaksuun. Hyvä huomioida, että kylpylään on sovitut aikavälit, johon ostettu sisäänpääsy oikeuttaa - eli kannattaa suunnitella käyntiä etukäteen ja ostaa liput etukäteen.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Ck in was very good; especially helping us with parking. Stay was nice with relaxing SPA. Breakfast staff very attentive and pleasant.

This hotel is very old and run down. I had a king bed and the mattress felt like an hammock. I bought the junior suite but Room was like from the 70s. Very old hotel. Breakfast ok. Limited selection. Overall I would not say there again for the price.

Very clean

The only two thing that we didn’t like was that the hotel doesn’t have queen size beds in most of their rooms , and the other thing that really made us upset was that the sheets were stained and I had to tell front desk staff to replace them and to me that was the only two negative points, other than that everything else was good.

Hotel was well located. Breakfast buffet OK (no hot plates available). Had Junior Suite. Very spacious room with functional A/C. Not so good things; Bathroom (esp shower very tired). Main Bed horrible completely uncomfortable and metal spring sound on every movement (passion factor= -minus10 Settee in lounge was like an IKEA sofa bed form the 90's that had been used to death. They need to invest

La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amable, todo muy limpio

we had a suit. This was large but basic. The furniture was old and perfunctory. The headboard wasn't attached properly so clattered everytime you move in bed. The bathroom had an enormous floor space, easily enough room for a lovely showered cubical but no, there was a cheap shower over the bath with a plastic head that was broken and a wall bracket to hang it on which was also broken. Breakfast was terrible. They ran out of all crockery at one point and a group of guests were left standing for ages. You had to sort through the 'clean' crockery to find a clean plate or mug and the food was not replenished for ages. This was mainly due to a lack of staff or poor management. The advert said it had a restaurant but this was the breakfast room which was more like a shool canteen and only served a few pizzas and some pasta in the evening You can't sit next to the pool (there's no space) and the scrap of roof with sunbeds gives views of next doors washing It was probably a lovely hotel some years back but has gone severly down hill. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Pleasant staf, room and surroundings areas ok although a little tired in places. Location was excellent Enough beds for pool but water very cold (not heated) Didn't use the spa/ jacuzzi or sauna as it was additional 20 euros each for 1 1/2 hours and not open all day

Tolle Lage aber das Hotel braucht dringend ein Makeover. Aktuell entspricht der Zustand nicht mehr einem 4 Stern Hotel. Der Service beim Morgenessen ist unterdotiert und zu wenig geschult. Benutzte Tische werden z.B. während 30 Minuten nicht abgeräumt und neu auf gedeckt. Oder es fällt nicht auf, das beide Kaffeemaschinen nicht mehr laufen. Mit der Fehlerbehebung ist man überfordert.

It claims to be pet friendly. First you pay €30 per night for a dog, then another €25 for extra cleaning. You feel a bit cheated. The dog is not allowed in the public areas, or the pool area. You get the feeling that they don't really want any pets.

Got a cheap room upgrade. Nice view from rooftop pool. Interior felt a bit old and neglected.

The hotel was really nice and in the best location. The swimming pool in the roof terrace is expectacular and it was very nice and quiet to relax. There were no umbrellas by the sunbeds so it could get too sunny at times. My only problem with the property and something to be aware of is that we booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child (9 years old) and we got a room with only 2 single beds. We had to upgrade to a family room with 2 double beds but this couldn't be done the first night (so we didn't sleep much). We had to pay 20 euros per night for the upgrade. Apparently this is something in the reservation but there was nothing refering to only 2 beds in the confirmation. Apparently they allow children up to 12 years old so just double check.
