Wifi: bra. Service: bra. Renlighet: bra. Läge: bra. Frukostbuffé: bra men lite dyr. Bra att barnen inte behövde betala. Tips: boka frukosten kvällen innan eller online så blir den 2€ billigare (18 vs 16€). Bakom receptionen fanns även en liten bar där man också kunde köpa frukostmacka & dricka. Vår familj åt frukost för 23€ sammanlagt där en dag. Poolen på takterrassen var tillgänglig för alla mellan 10.00-20.00 men på skylten stod det att den var öppen till solnedgång vilket var senare än 20.00. Vi testade aldrig stanna efter 20.00. Det fanns duschar där uppe men inga omklädningsrum. Man fick gråa handdukar av hotellet till att bada och man kunde lämna in dem & få nya, torra utan extra kostnad. Spa:et i källaren kostade extra, ca 23€ för vuxna och 12€ för barn, men barn fick bara vara där precis när de öppnade, typ runt 10. På måndagar (då vi hade tänkt gå dit med våra barn) så visade det sig vara stängt. Servicen var utmärkt, & man kunde även lämna sina väskor efter utcheckning (som var kl. 12.00). Läget var toppen, mitt i gamla stan & nära till allt till fots, 20 min till stranden, 10 till katedralen. Lite konstigt med två dubbelsängar bredvid varandra som en gigantisk säng där vi alla fyra sov, men det funkade. Däremot var det störigt att det inte fanns ordentliga påslakan: istället använde de ett lakan till att ligga på, ett lakan till att ha under täcket, och ett lakan till att ha över täcket. Det blev stökigt om natten när alla rörde sig & delade på 2 stora täcken.

This was not the hotel we saw in pictures. We were very disappointed. The furniture was in poor shape, the linens and towels were older. We were unable to adjust the temperature in either of our rooms(up or down), Parking is available, for an undisclosed fee, but the local parking garage was less expensive and easier to access. The beautiful pool in the pictures is actually in the Spa pool for a fee. The biggest issue was the smell of the rooms. It was as if they had been smoked in. We requested to cancel our reservation for a refund so we could rebook elsewhere but the hotel refused to refund the prepayment. So we were forced to stay and endure the less than expected accommodations. Hotels.com was responsive, but left the entire decision up to the hotel and was not helpful. It is an okay place to stay for 1 night but not for an entire week.

Alle faciliteter kunne kun benyttes med dyr extra betaling! Parkering 26 euro i døgnet og meget svært tilgængelig i ensrettet gade. Pool/spa område kostede 23/35 euro for en time!!

We had tried to contact the hotel on 3 occasions prior to arrival to make sure we had car-park space without reply - we arrived and they did have space and managed to get me into the lift [it is VERY tight] so that was fine - I paid for car-park €26 per day and also they offered upgrade room €20 for the night - We went to the room and it was beyond dirty with animal hairs all over the sofa and stained bed linen and pillows etc - we chose at this point to not stay as this was for my wife's birthday and she was upset, and sneezing etc from the animal hair and said she would not want to stay and eat if the room was any guide to the rest of the hotel - we checked out and the lady at reception refunded the €46 i paid for upgrade and parking. So I had also paid for evening meal and breakfast so clearly we had no overnight stay, no meal and no breakfast - the hotel refused any form of refund as they say [despite seeing the photographic evidence] that it was all of a standard they were happy with! So we our now out of pocket around £200 for a room which we could not sleep in and evening meal and breakfast we were not there to eat - pretty poor way to treat a customer sadly.

He estado tres noches y volveré a repetir. Destacaría la tranquilidad, la ubicación es de diez, el personal atentísimo, la cama muy buena . Me ha encantado la estancia.

The welcome and staff were great, and we got parked up with guidance from the helpful staff. The location of the hotel is also great with bars and restaurants very close by, including a restaurant bar next to the reception area. Our suites were lovely and large and they provided free macaroons and fizz in the the room. The not so great parts were the rooftop pool area, not having enough beds and seating for guests, so we ended up being unable to use this facility as expected, they also had no bar/drinks area up there, which made it feel very secluded. Secondly, the gym was not as advertised, having only a couple of cardio machines, not the advertised resistance machine. I tried to use what I soon realised was a defective cross trainer and it injured my leg whilst trying to use it, actually drawing blood on sharp exposed edges, so gym ended up being an absolute disappointment and disaster. Otherwise an ok stay in a lovely city.

Beautiful hotel with a spa in a great location and friendly staff

L'hôtel est bien situé malgré un accès difficile pour son parking dont le prix est assez élevé (26€/jour) un peu plus cher que le parking public payant(25€/jr), il y avait donc de la place... Le Spa était en maintenance et donc indisponible. La piscine sur le toit un peu fraiche mais impeccable. La situation géographique de l'hôtel permet de voir la ville et ses attraits sans utiliser de voiture, parfait!

Chambre propre, personnel serviable mais un peu froid. Parking très exigu

The room was huge and the bed was so comfortable . Reception staff very accommodating . Breakfast was plenty of choice . Would highly recommend this hotel , as all near to all attractions

Petit déjeuner en trois parties, la partie chaude était très bonne, pour le reste cela reste correct. Le café n’est pas très bon, dommage que le jus d’orange soit en brique

Todo estuvo muy bien en el hotel

Otelin konumu gerçekten harika. Cadiz alışveriş ve yeme içme eğlence yerlerinin hemen yanında ama dar sokaklarda değil. Oda çok büyük ve rahat idi. Kahvaltı güzel idi. Otelin kendi otoparkı var, hemen yanında ise umumi yeraltı parkı var. Biz kullanmak ama güzel bir de Spa var. Tek sıkıntı yoğun saatlerde internetin zayıf olması.
