Saubere Unterkunft, prima Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal und super Lage im Zentrum von Cádiz. Was will man mehr!?

Huge disappointment with this "Spa" Hotel. Booked this hotel with great expectations of using pools, saunas, etc but we discovered during our check in that is needed to pay to use it and with for limited time. Nothing is mentioned when you book and it is misleading since they promoted with nice pictures of the spa. Rooms are good but a bit noisy. Windows are directly above an atrium with chairs for guests and you can hear eco from people speaking. Breakfast is good with a nice mix of fruits, breads, cakes and hot food.

Siisti tilava huone, mutta surkea näkymä 2. krs:n huoneesta. Kylpylän aukioloajat olisivat voineet olla pidemmät, yhden yön matkalaiset eivät ehtineet käydä.

Good hotel overall but the breakfast was very mediocre

Flott hotell! Nydelig frokost. Vi kom samme dag som det var karneval i byen, og det gjorde oppholdet ekstra flott!

Property is not well kept. Dirty walls. Broken tiles in the bathroom. AC does not work. Old and rough bath towels. Bedroom furniture stained. Location is the only good thing

Breakfast was great, and staff very efficient. No food options during lunch. Inconvenient on a rainy day when you can't get out. Service in the bar was extremely slow, when available

Limpieza rapida sin prestar atención a detalles como bolas de pelo/polvi sin juntar. El parking disponible me parecio caro y era de acceso dificil. Por ultimo si bien las opciones de desayuno eran variadas, la calidad se podria mejorar. Lo qué plato caliente estaba tibio como mucho.

Lovely hotel, perfectly located in the historic district to shopping & restaraunts.

Room had sound insulation whatsoever including the outer wall. Outside revellers in the alleyway caused restless sleep all night; Breakfast is cafeteria style with self-service areas in three separate rooms, overall poor quality with hot food served completely COLD, and the worst quality coffee from self -service machines. This establishment is NOT 4 star.

Stanza superior ottima spaziosa con salotto bagno molto ampio con accappatoi silenziosa affacciata sull'interno colazione a buffet ricca variegata e buona personale

Buona la posizione in centro a Cadice, comodo il parcheggio, ma solo se si ha un’auto piccola, l’accesso è davvero molto angusto, spa chiusa quindi non vista, chiusa anche la terrazza con piscina e vista, un vero peccato! Le camere sono davvero obsolete e necessitano sicuramente di essere rimodernate! Nel complesso non sicuramente un 4 stelle!

El personal y la habitación

Meillä oli tavallinen huone, joka oli perustasoa mutta siisti. Kylpyhuone oli tilava. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen. Aamiainen hyvää perustasoa, mutta tarjoilupisteet sijoitettu sokkeloiseen rakennukseen eikä ollut selkeitä viittoja mistä etsiä mitäkin. Meloniviipaleet olivat molempina aamuina pahentuneen lloiset. Hotellin sisäänkäynti on ensin hieman vaikea löytää sivukadulta kun pääkadulla ei ole viittaa kun hotellin pysäköintiin. Hotellin omaan pysäköintiin mennään kapealta sivukadulta auto-hissiin. Tuo tiukka käännös jäi minulta tekemättä. Lähellä on hyvä yleinen maksullinen pysäköintihalli. Jätin auton sinne. Hotellin kylpylä / SPA-osaato on näkemisen/ kokemisen arvoinen. Hotellissa asuva saa pienen alennuksen sisäänpääsymaksuun. Hyvä huomioida, että kylpylään on sovitut aikavälit, johon ostettu sisäänpääsy oikeuttaa - eli kannattaa suunnitella käyntiä etukäteen ja ostaa liput etukäteen.
