お風呂があって良かった。

3つベッドをお願いしたはずなのに1つしかベッドがなくて最悪だった。そのあとの対処も何もない。

The hotel is very nice. Close to restaurants and shopping that are within a ten minute walk, with even more a little further out. During my stay a power outage occurred. The hotel was equipped with a backup generator to keep power in the building minus AC. The staff is helpful and accommodating.

Declaraban tener Aire Acondicionado, y no se podía promgramar desde la habitación. Te morías de calor de noche.

Nothing much to say…it’s a so-so hotel!

Prima hotel voor een paar dagen. Goed ontbijt. Goede bedden. Kamers zijn school. Interieur is wat gedateerd.

Cuando llegamos tuvimos un inconveniente con la habitación, había un mal olor terrible. Nos tuvieron que cambiar y nos colocaron en una habitación súper pequeña cuando pagamos por una más grande. En general está muy descuidado el hotel, poca limpieza y se ve deteriorado y viejo.

Las opciones de desayuno son muy pobres. Al parecer tienen el sistema de tuberías dañado, al descargar el baño sale un mal olor como a alcantarillas que inunda toda la habitación. No hay agua disponible en la habitación luego de usar las 2 primeras botellas que te asignan a tu llegada, osea agua! Que es lo mínimo que deberían proporcionarte.

Left without towels on our first day. No tea bags in room... also the cup was quite dirty. Stayed for 7 days so this pit a dampner from start.

good price, lots of space for 3 people staying.

Ok! Mein Zimmer hatte keine Aussicht. Ansonsten nur ok für mich. Das Hotel machte einen alten Eindruck auf mich. Moderne Annehmlichkeiten haben mir gefehlt. Lage bei Ruzafa gut!

Staff was great, room was clean, but it desperately needs remodeling

This is a nice hotel in a good location. I would like to mention Alejandro who was behind the bar in the restaurant. He made us feel very welcome everytime we were in there. Not sure about the hotel being pet friendly?.

Staff were very helpful and stored our luggage when it was too early to check in. Breakfast was very good with many different options to choose from. A very nice visit and stay.

Muy buen hotel para familias. La habitación era grande y todo estaba en perfecto estado. Está ubicado en el barrio de Ruzafa donde hay muchos restaurantes para comer y tomar tapas. Se puede ir andando al Oceanographic y al centro. El staff del hotel ha sido muy amable en todo momento. El buffet de desayuno es excelente y merece la pena. Volveré a repetir la experiencia con mi familia

Great hotel

I had a few issues with the power going out in my room a few times. It was fixed promptly with friendly maintenance staff. I also had to have my key reset everyday. Which was very annoying. On the third day a staff member told me that they would send someone up to have a look at the door, I waited for over an hour.. I was desperate for a shower after a long day of walking, so I don’t know if they came at that point. I didn’t hear from anyone so? The room was spacious, clean and so quiet. It is a little far out from major sights to see but I knew that in booking and enjoyed the walk through surrounding neighbourhoods. Staff were nice enough but seemed a little flustered? I wouldn’t use the safe that is attached either.. I ordered nachos which said on the menu came with cheese and pico. But it was just chips, guacamole dip and bell pepper pieces.. not it. Anyway, overall it wasn’t terrible just some hiccups that made it a little less smooth sailing.

The hotel was nice clean and comfortable. A bit far from attractions.
