Michael de recepción fue extraordinario, pero hubo otro chico algo rudo cuando fui a preguntar donde desayunar. La habitación muy cómoda y los baños muy bien. Solo sugeriría mejor iluminación en el baño para poder maquillarse y una plancha para la ropa.

The hotel has no business being a 4 star hotel. It is so poorly maintained and so poorly located. Elevator was not functioning, hallway carpets were ripped, AC was borderline and TV did not connect to the majority of channels. We checked in and checked out on the same day. Do not recommend at all.

Le nettoyage des chambres était mal fait il on fait que notre lit et la salle de bain rien nettoyer même les serviette pas changer

Felt more like a three star than a four star hotel. Beds not very comfortable, one small pillow per bed, rough, small towels. You have to ask for a key to the gym, per day. Good location, nice room overall.

We stayed for 8 nights in May, the hotel is smart and a good standard, it was just off season so not everything (restaurant) was fully open however we enjoyed our stay. The location is good with other restaurants etc within walking distance and the main facilities in Hyannis only a short drive away.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the bed is very comfortable. The reception and breakfast staff were all very nice and helpful.
The gym is not really a gym. It’s two bikes and 2 old machines. The dumbbells have been removed, almost all of them; no mats for stretching.
Breakfast is good, freshly squeezed orange juice is great, and you can order stuff to your table. Very nice. It costs a little less if you pay for it the night before
All in all a good stay and Valencia is great
