The location could not have been more perfect. We were right in the middle of Madrid with restaurants and anything we needed steps away. The place was nice and comfortable. The only improvements I would suggest is have shampoo and soap. There was shower gel only. The countertops in kitchen and bathroom were not in great shape which made it not look too notch if I am being picky. But overall a great experience and I would stay there again when back in Madrid.

You need to have international internet service to get into your room. The sofa cushions were stained/dirty and the sofa bed mattress was of poor quality, very uncomfortable. Not enough toilet paper left in the room for 5 guests staying for 3 nights. When we asked for more, they responded by asking for permission to enter the room, which we did not see in time since we had no Internet service in Europe.

El personal es divino en todo momento, muy accesibles y eso es muy importante, desde como llegar hasta irnos y poder dejar nuestras maletas unas horas para que las cuidaran. Igual que la localización, muy céntrica, el elevador estaba en función. La limpieza de áreas también. Ellos tiene varias ubicaciones y estilo, recomiendo preguntarles por ellas.

Muy bien ubicada, todo excelente sin novedad

Die Lage war gut. Alles gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer könnte eine Renovation brauchen. Das Holz im Bad hat sich gelöst. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig. Man hat das laute Geräusch des Fahrstuhls im Zimmer gehört, vorallem in der Nacht konnte man kein Auge schliessen. Das Fenster zum Hof war mit einer Folie beklebt und man konnte nicht raus sehen was nachdem man das Fenster geöffnet hat auch klar war weshalb. Schrecklicher hoher grauer Hof der gestunken hat und man das Fenster lieber geschlossen lässt. Bei der Abgabe des Schlüssels wurde nicht mal gefragt ob man den Aufenthalt genossen hat. Nicht wirklich kundenfreundlich. In der ersten Nacht feierten Jugendliche bis spät in die Nacht hinein, so dass man auch deshalb nicht schlafen konnte

Location is great!

Apartamento muy céntrico, se trata de un piso que han reformado para dar lugar a 6 habitaciones. La entrada del piso es compartida por todos ellos. En el edificio no hay nadie resppnsable, tanta para abrir lanpuerta de la calle, como la del piso y la del apartamento, se debe usar una app y no se puede llegar antes pq la app indica que hasta las 14 horas no hay acceso. En toda mi estancia no logramos abrir la puerta de la calle con la app y tuvimos que recurrir a una llave que hay en un locker en la entrada. Las otras dos piertas sin problemas. El ascensor no funcionaba, nos lo avisaron con una semana de antelación pero me parece raro que en una semana no lo arreglen (en mi finca al día siguente vienen los técnicos). Nuestro apartamento estaba bien de tamaño aunque era interior, una ventana daba direcamente a una pared y la otra a un patio de luces. El wc estaba correcto aunque en la duña salía poco caudal de agua y la encimera de madera estaba bastante deteriorada. En cuanto al parking no está en la finca sino unas calles más abajo, nosotros reservamos en el pkg de Callao por 18.95 euros el día y está muy cerca. Creo honestamente que el apartamento es correcto pero 260 euros por una noche me parece excesivo por muy céntrico que esté.

Apartments en good condition

La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable, justo al lado de la plaza de Callao, seguramente vuelva a repetir en un futuro. La única pega es el aparcamiento, aunque estaba contratado con el alojamiento, es súper difícil acceder y aparcar. Por lo demás todo excelente, y la atención al cliente muy completa y atenta.

The stay was very comfortable. The room was clean and kept in a proper condition. The access to the apartment although explained via a message, however due to multiple entry doors it took a while to figure out how the access was to the room the first time. The best thing was the location of the building apartment which was very close to the main attractions and the market place.

Location was excellent for us as our son who is studying abroad was just one floor up. They advertised air conditioning, but it didn’t work and they didn’t attempt to fix it. We had issues with check in as the unlock access code was not activated and communication was an issue. They said to text on what’s AP, but didn’t respond.

Check in was an extremely frustrating process. We landed and we’re hungry but just trying to get in. The first door to the actual building does not lock (just push it to open) it has foil in the lock to prevent it from locking when you close it. Then the floors are not numbered and the doors on the floors are not numbered which gets confusing to figure out where you are suppose to go. The instructions don’t indicate to walk up until you see a door with CH. that would have been extremely helpful. Also, the instructions to which wifi code to use is not clear. I wish they would have said to use the second code because I didn’t know there were more doors inside this second door. Lastly, I kept messaging with them and luckily I know Spanish so I was able to text to communicate but when I would try to call she wouldn’t answer just let it ring and say to text her. A phone call would have been a lot faster and easier and prevented the 15 minutes we stood at the door trying to get in. The good thing about this is the room is actually comfortable and looks as described and in a great location with a great restaurant right next to the main door.

Lamentablemente indican que al tercer día de hospedaje realizan limpieza de cortesía en la misma lo cual no fue así por más que la reclamamos muchas veces

Al principio al ver el edificio puedes dudar de como será el apartamento, pero es tal cual las imágenes. Muy limpio, espacioso y von una ubicación inigualable. La primera vez puede resultar confuso el metodo de entrada ya que para entrar tanto al edificio como al apartamento tiene que ser todo hecho por la aplicación, pero una vez hecho no hay problema.

Muy buena ubicación, camas muy cómodas y cerca del metro .

Muy buena zona, facil de llegar. Su Whatsapp o comunicación mientras estáss con ellos no funciona de forma rápida
