I'll start by saying that you need to remove this option from your listing. At no point does it say that you don't have a reception area near the rooms. However, they do say: "Suites You Soho offers a warm welcome with express check-in." How dare you talk about a warm welcome when you can't even see them? To enter the building, you have to use an app to open two gates and then the room. The photos of the room look like they were designed with AI. It looks more like a motel room in the Old West. The only positive thing I can mention is that the bed isn't uncomfortable. Ultimately, the value for money is terrible. That's why I was annoyed that I made a reservation. An Arb would have been better.

Die Ausstattung könnte etwas besser sein. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank zum Beispiel wäre sehr hilfreich. Die Dusche war etwas mitgenommen die Tür ging nicht richtig zu und diese Schiebetür zum Bad war auch nicht so toll. Es fehlten Haken wo ma sein Handtuch einfach aufhängt Schade war auch dass man keinen Blick nach außen hatte. Sehr freundlicher Service wir wurden nach zwei Tagen gefragt ob wir eine Reinigung haben wollten und auch so waren sie immer sofort tätig wenn etwas war. Die Nähe zum Zentrum und zum Schloss ist super, man konnte fast alles fussläufig erreichen. Wir hatten schöne Tage

Ótima localização, quarto bom , porém acho que deveria ter um frigobar para um melhor aproveitamento da estadia. Como não tem café, poderíamos comprar alguns petisco e bebidas para usufruir e sem a geladeira, não foi possível.

A localização é o ponto forte. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, com mercado e cafés muito próximos. Vale muito a pena. Cama confortável. Banheiro amplo. Apartamento pequeno mas funcional.

Ótima localização e contacto com responsáveis sem qualquer dificuldade. Quanto a limpeza: a básica. Em termos de insonorizacao é mau. Mas tendo em conta a localização e os preços em redor, é aceitável.

On arrival at the address, I was confused because there was no signage and where the map took me was the street behind and the building was derelict and fenced off. I phoned the customer help number and was answered by a woman who wasn't responding to any of my queries and proceeded to hang up the call. I tried phoning back but there was no response. I had to get my travel partner to phone the number and in which they immediately responded. I was appalled by the lack of communication and customer service skills provided. The lady made no attempt to guide me to the correct building, all she kept on repeating was follow the address. I was stood on the street for 30 minutes before I decided to walk around the block and start looking at individual front doors. It then became clear to me that my room was behind a gated entrance. This was already overwhelming as the instructions were not clear. I managed to make my way into the room and upon arrival I went for a shower and was struggling to figure out how the hot water worked as there was one particular way it had to be set. That night, when I went to sleep the bedsheets were flimsy as there were 3 layers of thin sheets that kept on moving around and made it uncomfortable whilst sleeping. I decided to remove the middle layer. The following day when I was folding the removed sheet, to my horror I found a dead bed bug. This terrified me and when I requested for the room to be cleaned, I was denied this request as I was only staying

Great location! Nice clean room. Freshly painted halls... as we were checking in. Comfy bed. No parking as indicated tho'. Parked at El Cortes Inglés for €28... not happy about that part.

Pésimo servicio al cliente No pude acceder nunca a la propiedad ya que ellos (suites you soho) no me proporcionaron en ningún momento el acceso a la propiedad y alegaron que se lo hicieron llegar a ustedes como agencia (hoteles.com) Donde ustedes tampoco tenían la información ya que así me lo hicieron saber en un correo Si tengo que describir esta experiencia diría que fue nefasta y que prácticamente me estafaron ya que ahora no me quieren reintegrar el dinero de algo a lo que no pude acceder por culpa de ellos y que además me tocó gastar en otro hotel

Como positivo: esta muy centrico, llave de la habitación virtual Como negativo: la limpieza se puede mejorar aunque no estaba sucio pero cositas puntuales que para un alojamiento habría que tener en cuenta, no esta muy bien insonorizado

En General bien, pero había una gotera en el baño y la ducha se atascaba

The location was great but the room itself not very good. Super small and nobody to check you in or out. Nobody to ask for toilet paper or stuff needed in the room priced accordingly I guess

O quarto é excelente, espaçoso, limpo e bem equipado. O sistema de acesso via Bluetooth funciona bem, mas pode ser um pouco complicado para algumas pessoas, principalmente porque são 3 portas até o quarto. Em um dia, meu celular descarregou e, por sorte, minha amiga tinha o código, mas se estivesse sozinha, precisaria carregar o celular antes. O tempo de resposta do suporte poderia ser mais rápido, especialmente devido a esse sistema de acesso. No geral, gostei bastante, foi o melhor quarto da viagem, mas um suporte mais ágil seria útil.

Je zit fijn in het centrum dus alles is dichtbij. Prima kamer. Wij sliepen er alleen maar want we liepen de hele dag in de stad en dan is dit een hele nette schone kamer.

Ubicación muy buena, recepción , limpieza y aire acondicionado , accesorios y baño muy bien

Foi uma das piores experiências que já tive com estadias! Estava muito sujo. Precisei pedir pra no mínimo varrerem o chão. A roupa de cama parecia limpa, mas o cheiro não era bom. Recepção também mal cheirosa. Não há ar condicionado, mas tb não há o mínimo para refrescar o quarto, como um ventilador. Estava super calor e nada ajudava, nem abrir a janela e dormir com ela aberta (o que gerava barulho e era perigoso pois era primeiro andar). Em Londres não há tomadas universais, é uma tomada específica que só há por lá, e não tinham adaptadores para os hóspedes, que obviamente, são turistas e não tem essas coisas! Péssimo! Não recomendo! Nenhuma economia de dinheiro vale se hospedar nessas condições!

No storage. Small. Cramped. A window to nowhere. You can easily find better places to stay than this. Would not recommend
