Et fint hotell liggende rett ved en liten sandstrand, som på tidspunktet for min reise ikke var klargjort etter vinteren. Var også veldig uheldig med været, som nok satt en liten stopper på oppholdet, men hotellet leverte på de fleste punkter. Noe dårlig utvalg på mat (buffe) og lukt av maling på et trangt rom. Renholdspersonalet startet også veldig tidlig, og det hørtes godt inn på rommet. Men totalen er at jeg er fornøyd etter oppholdet.

Très bel hôtel, remarquablement situé au fond d'une crique adorable. Très calme. Accueil et personnel très amical et souriant. Repas de très bonne qualité.

An okay hotel. The guests there seems rude and unfriendly, some of the staff weren’t friendly either. Had ants in the room which the hotels solution was to spray the room with poison and leave it like that, no room change. Overal very average.

Great spacious room with sea view and direct access to the beach. The hotel is nice although a bit far from the center.

As much as the property is in a beautiful location, tastefully designed and staffed with wonderful personnel we struggled to relax during our extended stay here. The view from the hotel as well as the location is stunning. Furthermore you can walk up to the historical town of Alcudia within 20 minutes. You will also be spoilt for beautiful beaches in the vicinity and the food on offer at the hotel is very good. Albeit there are no dining options nearby. However, the hotel is locked into a contract with a charter entertainment company which is loud, dominating and boisterous which makes noise until the late hours with no regard to the private guests of the hotel. High pitched screaming, loud music and strobe lights marred our stay as the stage is set in front of the rooms with a sea view. So it stands as an eye sore in a beautiful view and leaves guests staying with sea view rooms no chance to enjoy the balcony or have a good nights sleep. The noise goes into the late hours regardless. The cleaning service was also very inconsistent. I had booked several rooms during our stay - some rooms were cleaned and kitted very well whilst others were very neglected. At one point we returned to find that the cleaner had left our room door open for hours by mistake after cleaning. We genuinely hope the hotel remedies the shortcomings It is in such a beautiful place with wonderful staff and has endless potential. We would love to return one day when these problems are resolved.

Hôtel très confortable et agréable. Belle piscine avec une superbe vue sur la plage située à seulement quelques mètres ! Personnel extrêmement sympathique et bienveillant, la plupart d’entre eux parlent même français. Et enfin, excellent petit-déjeuner pour bien commencer les journées ! Je recommande largement.

La ubicación es estupenda, la comida de muy buena calidad, las instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas y la playa muy bonita.

Overall a nice hotel with good sea views. The parking is very limited and is on a first come first served basis

Todo muy bien

Estancia muy buena. El alojamiento consta de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la isla. Además, tanto el personal como la comida son muy buenos.

La piscina es pequeña para la gente que hay però en general está todo bien. El personal muy amable.

Como mallorquina, buscaba un alojamiento tranquilo en la misma zona donde alquilo un apartamento 15 días. Después de estar esos 15 días con hijos y sobrinos, vine a pasar una semana de relax y todo fue estupendo. Tanto en recepción con Ángela y comoañer@s, en comedor con Joana y copas desde las 10 hasta las 12 de la noche con Joan y todas sus compañeras, servicio de limpieza también perfecto, mucha discreción en todo momento. Tuve una estancia excepcional. Si no te gusta la piscina, como a mí, tienes tu playita delante y si te gusta tener animación también lo tienes. Me trataron muy bien, como si de una familia de tratase. Y las vistas y puesta de sol, brutal. Tema COVID, perfectamente controlado. Muchas gracias a tod@s. Seguro q repito!!!

It was super great! Close to the beach, close to the old town and lovely breakfast!

Setting is in a nice location. The main beach has too many weeds. It’s quiet and on a walking distance to Alcudia Old Town. Staff were friendly and efficient.
