The hotel staff were very courteous from the moment I checked in. The view from both the room and the rooftop was absolutely amazing! You can enjoy a full view of the Sagrada Familia. The breakfast was also very delicious. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit, which made me come back every morning. I would love to stay here again when I visit Barcelona. Thank you very much!

I liked this hotel very much. Restaurants and bars are great. But there are no bathrobes or pajamas in the room. Not so many amenities. It’s great apart of that.

初日に18時過ぎに到着したのに部屋がまだ準備できていないとのことで10分以上待たされた。 シャワーヘッドが壊れていて蛇口をひねったら飛んできた。（こちらはフロントで訴えたら仕事で外出中に直されていた） 冷蔵庫の中に缶の水と紙パックのミルクがありフリーとのことで、備え付けのドリップコーヒーでカフェオレを作ろうと思ったらミルクは前の滞在者の飲み残しらしくふたがあいていた。。。知らずに取り出すときに床にこぼして掃除をするはめになった。 3日目に仕事を終えて18時過ぎに戻ってきたら部屋のドアがあいている！まだ掃除がされていず、タオルのみ交換してもらった。 決して作り話ではなく、たった3泊でここまで経験するのは珍しい。 ただスタッフはフレンドリーで英語もよく通じた。

Pros: Great location: next to a big Westfield so easy to locate. Near a metro line and tram line. Safe area, quiet. Clean, room and main areas kept clean, great decor. Bathroom had a damp smell and needed a vent which was odd that it didn’t have one. Had a Biggie room as three of us were staying so a queen and sofa bed - both relatively comfortable. Cons Check in / front desk service was always so poor, huge queues, room wasn’t ready way past check in time. No regulation and lifts were always a delay or issue using -honestly this put a downer on the whole stay. As mentioned booked for 3 but room wasn’t set up, had to call twice for the sofa bed to bed up properly, 2 cups /glasses / towels provided only - these little details should be taken in consideration for such a high end hotel where you’ve paid a lot of money.

The room itself is fairly basic but the bed was super comfy. The room was really warm and you couldn’t lower the temperature on the air conditioning. You couldn’t use the pool in the hotel unless you paid €30-70 for a few hours slot. And even when we were going to pay there was no availability which is just a joke. There was no discount offered or free spaces for hotel guests. The service on the rooftop bar was really slow and took ages to get served yet there seemed to be about 8/9 of the staff just standing chatting. Not what we expected for a 4* hotel. The bathrooms downstairs may aswell have no lighting at all they’re so dark! I couldn’t see when I went to the loo. The decor was beautiful and the staff at reception were very helpful. Shame they wherent as helpful on the rooftop bar and that let them down. Overall the only reason I’d stay here again is the comfy bed.

Nous avons séjourné en famille (avec enfant) et globalement l’expérience a été agréable. L’emplacement est idéal et le parking offert est un vrai plus. La chambre était confortable, avec une literie excellente. Petit bémol : il n’y a pas vraiment de rangement pour les affaires. Le petit-déjeuner est bon mais identique chaque jour, un peu plus de variété serait appréciée. En revanche, le gros point négatif reste l’accès à la piscine : il est payant (minimum 70€ la journée), ce qui est assez décevant quand on séjourne déjà à l’hôtel.

Ich habe diese Unterkunft wirklich ins Herz geschlossen!! Alle Räume, selbst Treppenhäuser und Co. sind mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Auch das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mir hat besonders gut gefallen, dass das Hoxton entspannten Urlaub mit Cocktails am Pool und aufregenden Citytrip verbindet. Ich war fast nur mit dem ÖPNV unterwegs und da ist das Hotel super angebunden. Nur zum Strand waren die Verbindungen relativ langwierig. Hier würde ich empfehlen euch kostenlos ein Fahrrad auszuleihen, mit dem man schon in 10-15 Minuten am Strand ist. Generell gab es viele Annehmlichkeiten, die ich aus anderen Hotels meist nur gegen Aufpreis kannte (z. B. Tiefgaragenstellplatz ohne Reservierung, Wasser aus der Minibar, Fahrradverleih). Für den Pool muss man in der Regel Liegen reservieren und vor Ort ein Verpflegungspaket dazu buchen, was ich so noch nie gehört hatte. Ich habe beim Check-in aber eine Art Gutschein bekommen, mit dem ich an einem Tag kostenlos eine Liege nutzen konnte, was ich wirklich nett fand. Allerdings weiß ich nicht, ob es das nur als Aktion gab. Das Frühstück war auch toll, nicht zu überladen, aber trotzdem von allem was dabei. Kaffeespezialitäten kann man sich kostenlos dazu bestellen. Ich hatte das Frühstück nicht im Vorfeld mit gebucht, wo es 25€/Tag gekostet hätte. Vor Ort gab es das Frühstück als Aktion dann für 15€/Tag. Es kann sich also wohl lohnen erst dort zu buchen. Ein rundum fantastischer Urlaub!

Room was impeccable, staff very friendly. Was worried about using the pool with the kids but it was fine they were very accommodating.

Unreal accommodation !!! High class service and cleanliness throughout ! Would 100% stay here next time we are in Barcelona ! Great central location !

The staff was amazing. The hotel was beautiful clean, and the room was spotless and beautifully decorative.

Nice decor and friendly staff. Clean and modern. Unable to use the pool without booking and paying very steep prices as they make you buy a package. Quite noisy.

The property was great. Everything was clean, the beds comfy, great shower. The staff was super super friendly. The rooftop was 10/10.
