お城のようなホテル。 とてもキレイで快適でした。 ただ、ビルバオの中心からは少し離れていました。 地下鉄で20分くらいです。 駅からも少し歩きます。

Sehr schönes Hotel. Gute Lage. Das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind in der eigenen Tiefgarage verfügbar. Gerne wieder.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel breakfast was good many choices.

Why listing such hotel, the most horrible people at the desk. They forgot to call a cab an we lost a connection. Some employees told us the they get poorly paid and that is why desk people don’t care

This is an architecturally lovely building and because of its age and situation, is not planned out in a conventional way. It is conveniently located within 10 minutes walk of Santurtzi where there are many restaurants and a short 6 - 7 minutes drive (5.6km) to Bilbao Ferry Terminal. The hotel provides shower and hand gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Rooms have air-conditioning. While the shower was over the bath, it was excellent but the screen allowed water onto the floor. The hairdryer needed replaced as it kept overheating and cutting out; an ongoing issue judging by the plastic deformation. During the day, the bar was on the terrace overlooking the bay, the marina and was very pleasant. The car park was underground and available with reservation costing two motorcycles €15 per night. We chose not to eat in either the restaurant or the cafeteria and sampled local fare instead. The lower level second floor smelt a bit damp and fusty, as did our room; as if nobody had been in it for a few days. The hotel hosts functions such as weddings. While any noise is curfewed at mid-night, if you need to sleep before that, it may be difficult especially if your room is located on the 2nd / 3rd floors. I make a plea not to let this place run down any more; the place is tired, needs decorated and management need to make checks on thorough cleaning of rooms and public areas. In my opinion it isnot 4 star quality.

This hotel was recommended to us as a luxury hotel. The Hotel sits in a great position within Bilbao & has great views. A quick & easy drive to the ferry port. We were disappointed to find that although the hotel is a beautiful building the interior is very modern. Bedroom comfortable. Restaurant very stark especially when eating alone. Food enjoyable.

Everything ok. No restaurt or terrace because the staffs day off. 20 minutes driving from the city center. Would recommend it.

Excellent location, stayed overnight before a ferry the next day. The hotel is a little tired, but it us clean, great breakfast, close to the centre of the city and free parking. Would use again

Mi estancia ha sido un poco mal, pues Somo dos adultos y un niño y nos han puesto una cama de matrimonio para dormir los tres, incómodo, después el precio del hotel 600 euros 4 noches sin desayuno y parking aparte me parece abusivo. El hotel necesita una reforma grande.

Everything wonderful apart from having to wait 70 mins queuing at check in. After a 3 hour drive you don’t want to be waiting to get your room key. When I complained it was our fault - we’d arrived at the same time as others. What do you expect at a hotel with lots of rooms ! Also whilst in the queue it appears if you’re Spanish you can just push in ! Had a ground floor room, not a great view but did the job before getting the boat home

Pour un hotel 4 étoiles, je pense que 2 seraient convenables… Seul point positif : la taille de la chambre. Sinon, énormément de bruits (trains juste en dessous de la fenêtre, manutention à 2h du matin, …), propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer, climatisation non fonctionnelle, …

La habitación a pie de calle frente a la vía del metro que pasaba con regularidad y no dejaba dormir.

An important points to be mentioned on the booking side: Some rooms face the noisy train station. No kettle in the rooms and the hallways need some smell management.

La zona de la ducha entre los azulejos tenia moho, nos dijeron que pasaría el de mantenimiento y no paso, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque caia agua del techo en la bañera y se cai la pintura del techo, y también tenía moho, para el precio que tiene no tenia ningún objeto de cortesía, pedimos un par de horas más que según el papel de nuestra habitación eran 5€ más por hora y nos cobraron 10€ por hora, poca insonorización teniendo las vías del tren al lado...

We were not informed of a festival next to the property. We were provided ear plugs at check in. Additionally there was a mustiness to the air. We left immediately when we saw that the earplugs were necessary. This was not disclosed when we made the reservation.

Como siempre, el personal muy amable y el trato a los perros fue muy bueno. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y el baño muy limpio. Me gusta mucho que tenga el cercanías y el metro a 5 minutos.
