Not the cleanest, floor wasn’t cleaned in room before we arrived. Bin in kitchen was dirty Bedding changed twice during 7 night stay No microwave or oven in kitchenette only a dirty kettle and hob which I didn’t use 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer located on site Breakfast nice Spacious rooms Comfortable bed Pools nice

Nous avions la demie pension sans boissons. Au moment d'aller diner, sans nous poser de questions, on nous demande nos cartes de chambres, elles sont passées dans un boîtier puis au moment de faire le check out, on nous demande de payer le supplément boissons. A aucun moment la personne du restaurant nous a demandé si nous voulions les boissons comprises ou non. C'est donc cher pour des boissons non consommées

Room was great, spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very grateful to have left our bike boxes there while we cycled around the islands. Breakfast buffet very good. Spa area in need of refurb, gym decent but needs a clean up. Unfortunately couldn’t get WiFi for 3 days we were there which was very annoying although staff did try to fix it.

Donato on reception was excellent , rooms Were spacey and comfortable , food was good standard and variety with good location Will return for sure .

Wir bekamen zunächst ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf einen grünen Drahtkäfig und eine Hauswand. Der Teppich war mit Flecken übersät, die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und der Fensterrahmen seit Jahren keinen Putzlappen gesehen. Auf unsere Bitte bekamen wir am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer mit schönem Blick. Allerdings haben wir erst einmal den Kleiderschrank auswischen müssen, bevor wir etwas hineinlegen konnten. Und wir waren schon in sogenannten Entwicklungsländern unterwegs, sind also nicht superpingelig. Wasserkocher na ja, die Kanne der Kaffeemaschine war etwas eklig. Die Apartments sind sehr geräumig und nett. Es gibt 3 Aussenpools und einen grossen Fitnessbereich. Der Spa Bereich mit Indoorpool kostet extra. Leider schließt dieser Bereich um 20 Uhr, am Wochenende um 17 Uhr, so dass man ihn, wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist, gar nicht nutzen kann. Es gibt einen Aushang mit Sportprogramm, darauf 1x die Woche Yoga und Pilates. Ich habe nicht gesehen, dass das stattgefunden hat. Vielleicht gab es aber auch einfach keine Teilnehmenden. Ansonsten stehen auf dem Programm zB Mojito und Mölkky. Vielleicht machen Gäste da eher mit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, ein junger Mann an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ok, wenn man selber mal was wischt, aber auf keinen Fall vier Sterne.

Absolutely perfect

Weather was very windy and didn’t use the pool a lot but looked nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable, kitchen with basics for hob cooking Breakfast was ample and fresh Gym was good, lots of equipment and space, tennis ans padel courts available which we didn’t use, and table tennis and pool tables available. We had our bikes in boxes and staff were very used to seeing cycling visitors. Easy to set up bikes outside, store boxes in luggage room and keep bikes in room. Very happy so far and coming back for another trip next month!

Sehr freundliches Personal und überdurchschnittlich geräumige Appartements.

Room (pool view suite) was really spacious, clean and airy. Housekeeping brought fresh towels halfway through our 3 day stay. Toiletries were all topped up throughout our stay. Bed was super comfy and fresh. Kitchen could have been better stocked; no washing up liquid or sponges and housekeeping did not wash up/tidy away as part of their service. All staff we interacted with; reception, lifeguard, animation team, bar/restaurant were friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Gym facilities looked very good (we didn’t get round to using- maybe if they were open earlier than 0900). Views from our large balcony out over the pool to mountains and sea were brilliant :) if you like getting your steps in then location is good- about 5-10 mins walk to supermarket; while there is a range of small restaurants 15-20 mins away, the majority are at least 25 mins walk (generally pretty even ground, so not a tough walk)- handy to bring a torch if you’re walking after dark. Booking restaurants ahead of time is a good idea- we were surprised how many were full on a Friday evening in November!

Too many things wrong/not working properly in the room to list. None of the food was labeled with it’s ingredients for those with intolerances or preferences.

Great hotel with excellent staff, very friendly, great facilities, used the gym, spa and padel. Local restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Room we had overlooked the pool and had a separate living room/bedroom/kitchen and bathroom which we felt was the best accomodation we have had from our many stays in lanzarote .I felt the food was not a 4 star standard ,chicken wings and drumsticks mainly only once chicken breast.A lot of pork and fish and a distinct lack of labelling of the food.

Die Suite war groß, was uns gut gefallen hat.Das Badezimmmer hatte eine begehbare Dusche,aber die Bodenfliesen in der Dusche waren sehr glatt. An den Amaturen waren dicke Kalkablagerungen ,am Duschkopf grosse Rostablagerungen. Die Matratzen waren schon etwas durchgelegen.Das Personal in der ganzen Anlage war echt super und zuvorkommend. Der Check- in war klasse , wir konnten unser Zimmer nach einer halben Stunde beziehen. Die Auswahl von den Speisen war gut.(All in) Abgesehen von den kleinen Mängel würden wir diese Anlage nochmal buchen

Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh. Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat. The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough. To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly down to the coastal path, using the side roads or the paths in the black volcanic gardens just opposite the hotel. Bit blustery but very enjoyable.
