The hotel is located around the center of the Galle fort, which allow me enjoy spending a whole day inside fort. The staff is kind and friendly.

到着がフロントのあいているギリギリの時間でしたが、親切に対応していただけました。

金額は安いが設備も良く、清潔。 旧市街のメイン場所にあるので食事、観光にも困りません。一泊の予定が連泊しました。良いホテルです。

I made a mistake with my booking and tried to reverse it an hour later and no one was interested. Shameful....won't go near Wotif or this hotel again.

Over priced. Sure, room was clean and location great (but then again any place inside the fort is equally convenient) but the shower only had cold water, there were no windows (so room was dark) and the internet was so slow in the room it was completely unusable. For 150 USD per night I expect a bit more.

You should not expect more than a simple but clean small room. The toilet did not flush but that they fixed right away. There was wifi only in the lobby (that was shared with the bakery). I wonder about the history of the building because it should not have been made into a hotel. The rooms have no daylight but a very small window opens to the courtyard of the bakery. It was a big disappointment for the money spent but I want to compliment the staff for working hard to help customers that get upset when they see where they have to stay. The refrigerator made so loud noice that it was difficult to sleep.

Freundliche Begrüßung, unkompliziertes ein und auschecken, Klima funktioniert top, wifi eher nicht. Zentral gelegen.

Bien que les chambres soit propres et agréables, la boisson d'accueil stipulée dans la réservation n'était pas là. Situation centrale dans le Fort non brillante, malheureusement le personnel lui était brouillant dès 6h du matin...

What we liked: - cleanliness - the bathroom - perfect location in the fort What we didn't like: - there was no laundry service (it states there is) - we had a bad experience of service at the cake shop which is linked to the hotel. They messed up our order and it took a while to sort out the bill. We then had to pay the bill in two payments of which we were shortchanged because they didn't have the correct money. Finally we were charged a 10% dine in fee despite already staying that the hotel. - Layout of the room, single bed in the middle of the whole living space. - They didn't replace our toilet roll and bedding was not refreshed - Woken up at very early every morning due to loud noise, furniture moving and chairs scraping on the floor

Calm stay in unawatuna not in the popular street. The hotel is renovated, small boutique hotel, breakfast tasty we had avocado and poached eggs you can choose what you want. There's AC which is good in srilanka but unfortunately no fridge in the room

For the price and location this is a great find, room was clean and served a nice breakfast. The only down side for me was the room smelt a bit musty. That was the only negative for us.

This place is lovely. The staff are fabulous, the rooms gorgeous and the area it is in is the perfect place to explore Galle Fort. It is also absolute value for money

This is a great little hotel right in the heart of Galle Fort, with wonderfully attentive staff, particularly the gentleman who done the breakfast, he was so lovely, thank you for chatting with us and a wonderful breakfast! The room we had was big with the bed being upstairs and had it not had a few issues I'd have rated it a 5, but we had a leak in the ceiling, too much furniture in the downstairs section, the shower ran between scalding and freezing no matter what you did and the water doesn't drain properly so it travels out towards the room, also our fridge did not work, however in the grand scheme of things this wasn't a huge problem. It's a lovely place to stay, rooms have aircon (most likely to be the cause of the leak), fridges, they are good sized and the bed (double) was comfortable, all in all we had a lovely stay here! Also, there is no lift and many stairs up to the first floor where the rooms are, also some rooms have stairs in them, not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

The location is amazing, right in the middle of Galle Fort which is ideal - quiet too for a central place. Staff really friendly and always greeted with a smile. Our room was ok - comfy bed, however there were a few things to note; no kettle/water/teas & coffees etc., the room had a musty/stagnant smell, and quite dark & dingy. It did the job for a couple of nights, but wouldn’t want to be in there much longer. There were also mental bars on the windows rather than glass, felt a little odd!
