コロンボの空港から直接空港に向かいました。 ホテルについたのは夜中。 国立公園内にあるので水牛や、シカ、うさぎ、クロコダイルなどが道にたくさんいて、 到着するまでの道のりで夜行性の動物が活動しているのがたくさん見れました。 それが一番良かったことです。 ついたのが遅かったから、こちらのホテルのサービスを堪能することなく終わりましたが、 朝ごはんが、私達はモーニングサファリから帰ってきたあと食べれること、昼くらいに戻ることを伝えてから、食事を取れることを確認してから出発したにも関わらず、サファリから戻ってきたら朝食が取れないと言われました。 それが残念なことです。 そのまま朝サファリをしたらチェックアウトしたので全くホテルのサービスは満喫していませんが、レイクビューのプールはさすがといった感じでした。 もしもう一度ヤーラ公園に同じスケジュールで来るなら、サービス受ける時間がないのでホテルをランクダウンするとおもいます。

We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon wild! The resort is located within Yala National park and you will see wildlife as you get to the hotel. Such a unique experience! The rooms were cosy and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond for us. Such an exceptional team at Cinnamon Wild. We were travelling with our one year old son, and they made sure that we could enjoy ourselves thoroughly. Special thanks to the waiter at dinner who blew up a balloon for our son to play with during dinner to help us mid toddler tantrum. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. We will definitely be back 🙂

This was the perfect place to stay for safaris to Yala National Park. We had a nice one bedroom cabin nestled in the woods. The staff was outstanding. Of course you need a security escort after dark. Which was easy. I called reception and security was at our cabin within minutes and escorted us to dinner and back to our cabin afterwards. They provide as much bottled water as you need. It was glass bottles and not plastic. Staff were super friendly. Must try the breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor. Amazing variety of different foods. Minutes to the park and you can arrange safaris at the hotel or on line like we did via Viator. A special shout out to the staff at the bar. Loved those guys. Our housekeeper, Ravindra, was excellent. Front desk, Sandu, was super nice and helped with everything we requested. Highly recommend this place. We don’t have small children but the families that did seemed to enjoy the large pool.

Wonderful hotel in a great location close to lake and ocean. We stayed in a jungle chalet which was spacious and well equipped. Staff constantly patrolling the area so very safe. We booked full board and all the meals were delicious and great variety. Danushka served us at dinner and breakfast and was charming and very attentive.

Very spacious apartment. Champika, Hivusha ,Danushka and Manojith very helpful, friendly and attentive always smiling and happy to help. Breakfast buffet was good evening buffet was good lunch 3 course menu not what was needed. Great location, clean and tidy what's not to like.

Äste etc. Lagen auf den wegen - Tische an Poolrestaurant wurden nicht abgeräumt und es sah dreckig aus - Das essen hatte keine gute Qualität - Angebotene Safari war unbefriedigend aber teuer, da keine Informationen geteilt wurden und nur durch den Park gerast wurde - Personal war freundlich aber unterhaltungen wirkten geskriptet und man fühlte sich wie eine nummer - Stehende gewässer auf der anlage verursachten unangenehme gerüche - Zimmer war iO

The food was very average. Tinned tomato soup and frozen pizza, not fresh made. The rooms were great, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was not the cleanest at the time of visit.

It is ideally located close to the national park with a lovely on-site lagoon filled with birds, water buffalo and crocodiles (all at a safe distance). The staff is great but be aware that given there are no barriers between you and the national park, they have to escort you to and from your room for safety once it gets dark. It is not as luxurious as I expected given the photographs and it is a bit outside of the nearby town so once you are there, it isn't easy to get back and forth - especially after dark when the animals are roaming. Quite suitable for a romantic couples getaway and just 1 or 2 nights, given limited things to do on site outside of the main pool area.

If you are looking for a hotel nearby the national park, look no further as this place is perfect You will be sunbathing watching crocodiles in the lake(it’s safe, don’t worry!!) admiring the sunset with the buffaloes and keep hoping an elephant will pop in. The rooms are spectacular,spacious and very very clean. The buffet (both breakfast and dinner) is yummy and with a variety I haven’t seen before. But the highlight of this hotel is the staff. We had the best people looking after us and this was the best thing!

Our stay at Cinnamon Wild Yala was absolutely wonderful! The resort itself is incredibly luxurious, with beautiful surroundings that make you feel completely relaxed. We loved the little wildlife moments—monkeys and chipmunks even wandered right outside our room, which made the experience feel very special. The food was buffet style with a huge variety of choices, and every meal was delicious. From breakfast to dinner, there was something for everyone, and the quality was consistently impressive. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful. They made us feel comfortable and ensured our stay was seamless from start to finish.

Unsere fünf Tage im Cinnamon Wild waren wundervoll und wir genossen die Zeit in vollen Zügen! Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und werden in Zukunft bestimmt wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Es ist sehr in die Natur eingebunden und man fühlte sich als wäre man in der Wildnis, ist dank des Personals aber trotzdem stets Sicher unterwegs! Das Zimmer 135 ist super, erhöht mit Meerblick und Dilhara hat stets für Ordnung gesorgt, das Wasser aufgefüllt und tolle Tücherskulpturen gemacht die uns täglich Freude verbreitete. Zum Nationalpark waren es ca. 15min. Die Safaris waren wundervoll, wir sahen viele Vögel, Elefantenherden mit Baby's den Leoparden und vieles mehr! Dank Saman konnten wir in der Nähe des Hotels spazieren gehen und haben Krokodiele, Vogelnester und viele Tierspuren beobachten können, danke dafür! Sameera, Thamoth, seine Freundin und Nilushka haben uns die Tage stets mit ihrer Fürsorge, Freundlichkeit und ihrem Humor versüsst. Ein weiteres Highlite war unser Special Dinner, welches für uns organisiert wurde. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und Danken für die unvergesslichen Ferien im wunderschönen SriLanka

Godt hotel, men det er slidt. Der mangler fliser i poolen - nogle er faldet af ned i poolen, mens andre har manglet et stykke tid. Finish på værelserne er heller ikke god længere. Det meste trænger til en update. Værelserne er ikke store, og der er reelt ikke plads til en familie på 4. Vi fik dog en ekstra seng ind i værelset, og så gik det. Personalet er søde og meget høflige. De var altid parate til at hjælpe. Generelt mangler der dog mere information om, hvad man kan lave på hotellet, for der er intet i området omkring hotellet. Der var ingen information, og det ville have hjulpet os.

Spent 2 amazing nights here for safari tours situated right outside the national park. The hotel staff and location is amazing. The cabanas are beautiful and air conditioned. We even had elephants in the lagoon outside our room one night. As additional the safaris are excellent, the park is dripping with wildlife, we booked directly from yalla national park but the hotel does similar tours do a full day as 1/2 is not enough.

Food was average. Location isnt great. Expensive. Dont stay more than a night - see the national park and move on
