The staff was super helpful and nice. The location is hard to find (especially at the evening) but close to some sightseeing spots so convenient. The area is not so noisy but peaceful compared to some district of Colombo. The room was clean and straightforward.

Had a quick stop off at Fern Colombo, after flying in from Singapore. Room was clean and tidy. The service the next morning was very helpful

Clean, nice staff, aircon was a bit dodgy and needed fixing, need more hairdryers as they had none available for us but good value for money over all

this is a small hotel but needs to improve on maintenance big time. Dining hall greets you as you enter the hotel and its full of flies and bad smell, probably from the garbage room beside elevator. took a peek in the kitchen and its filthy. linens are stained and dirty linens lying around everywhere in the corridor. If they can maintain it well, this could be an excellent budget hotel.

Fern Colombo is such a pleasant hotel to stay in. The central location is perfect and all the staff members during my stay are attentive and helpful. Right from arrival to the hotel up to departure, everything was perfect. The room is spacious, clean shower room and linens and well maintained for a very pleasant stay. Safe neighbourhood and also the hotel is close to many embassies. Will be back soon, Thank you Fern Colombo for making my stay a great one!

This is my go to hotel when I come to Colombo- it’s in an excellent location and the price is really good. Rooms are modern & clean with hot water. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The only feedback would be to update the cafe area- it’s a bit dark and not welcoming, maybe create an open kitchen?

This is a nice and quiet hotel. However they had an ant infestation in the bathroom.

Very friendly staff, well located, cool decor. Generous room size. Quiet. Linen was not clean - lots of hairs. Disappointing because otherwise the property was great.

A lovely modern stylish small boutique hotel in Cinnamon Gardens which has many restaurants and cafes in the area. Staff are very friendly and the waterfall shower is heaven.
