深夜に到着。門は空いていたが誰もいない。呼べど叫べど誰も出てこないので仕方なくそこらのガードマンのおっちゃんに電話借りて緊急連絡先に電話して、やっとオーナー登場。この間1時間あまり。 施設設備は価格の割にいいのだが、これではおっかなくて夜間のチェックインはできない。

メールを送れば丁寧な返答が返ってきます。ホテルのエアコンもいいし、ホットシャワーもでます。ビーチも近くロケーションもいいと思います。

Very helpful owner and a spacious room.

The staff are very king and attentive for guests needs. The breakfast is delicious and the fruits are fresh. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Very good location. They suggest interesting tours. They were very helpful with the PCR booking, transport for PCR, and airport transport. I recommend.

It's good. Stayed only for one night. Near to the beach. Neat room and quite place.

3rd stay here - perfect for first/last night as it is close to the airport. Quite basic but very clean with friendly and helpful hosts.

The position of the hotel is fabulous - just off the beaten track and quiet, but close enough to the main drag. We arrived very early morning to find out that we could have a room at the additional cost of $5 as the room we'd previously booked was not available until 11:00am. Both very tired, we opted to pay the extra $5. The room was clean, but very outdated - as it the whole guesthouse, but the staff are nice enough and the breakfasts are delicious. Large portion size too!

Booked and paid for the AC family apartment via MrJet/Expedia. On arrival the receptionist denied having any booking. After som argumentation, it was changed to "your booking was yesterday". Finally after about half an hour, they found their printout confirming our reservation, but then said that the AC apartment was already occupied by someone else. We got to speak to the owner over the phone who shouted that we had to accept a double room (2 adults & three kids) or take our money and go somewhere else. Oviously our advice would bee to stay away from this establishment!

Very friendly and helpful manager and staff. Nice breakfast. Walking distance to resturants and beach (we only vent for a walk). 20 minuts from the airport.

Excellent choix de guesthouse à Negombo. Situé à 200 m de la plage et à coté de nombreux restaurants, cet hôtel familial est très pratique pour arriver ou partir du Sri Lanka. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Le sourire est toujours présent et le personnel est extrêmement serviable. J'ai passé trois nuits à cet hôtel en attendant l'arrivée de ma fille. Le propriétaire à été des plus aimables, il m'a invité au restaurant afin de goûter un rice and curry 'local' et a accepté de garder une de nos valises jusqu'à la fin de notre voyage. Il n'a pas voulu nous charger pour la valise ni accepté que je paye au restaurant. A mon arrivée à l’aéroport à 2 h du matin, il m'attendait avec une pancarte avec mon nom ce qui permet de bien démarrer un voyage.

1ère nuit ok, sauf que le propriétaire "partait" alors qu'il avait pris les réservations en compte..et qu'il fallait quitter les lieux,dès le matin, il a trouvé par connaissance un autre hôtel ou le petit dej était à 5$ alors que la réservation pour 2 nuits était comprise avec déjeuner, il a négocié si on peut dire pour cette prestation..il n'est pas rare que les hôteliers fassent du sur booking pour déplacer les touristes ailleurs, et leur faire payer la totalité du séjour en espèce avec les taxes et ne pas reverser cette taxe à l'organisme car ils prennent soin d'annuler la réservation à la fin du séjour, et on s'en rend compte par l'envoi d'un mail de l'organisme qui vous demande pourquoi vous n'étiez pas à l'hôtel..je ne suis pas satisfaite du séjour..dans ce pays la en l'occurrence

Grote familyroom(110m2) geboekt. Bij aankomst van helft van familie bleek doe niet beschikbaar. Uiteindelijk 2 losse kamers als oplossing, maar was niet wat we wilden. Eigenaar had emoties ook niet geheel in de hand, zeer onprettig!

Very pleasant stay - felt the people running it were always looking for ways to help. Close to beach and plenty of restaurants!

not a deluxe room ? no sea view ? no pick up from airport. omelette every day for breakfast . apart from that it was o.k.

If you are looking for five star luxury look elsewhere, but if you want good, basic, budget accommodation look no further. We had a great stay. We slept in late on our first day and missed the breakfast by two hours but they insisted on making us it even though it was after 12, they were fabulous. Bed really comfortable aswell
