駅から近く、しかもとても清潔ですばらしいホテルでした。スタンダードの部屋でしたのに、とても広くて快適でした。もっと長くいたかったです。朝食も大変美味しかったです。また行きたいです！

A lovely hotel right in the heart of where you need to be.

They need USB ports in the rooms. Too much noise from upstairs throughout the night.

I have never written a bad review and therefore this is something new and uncomfortable for me. The hotel was fine and I was offered an upgrade for a small fee which I accepted. Sadly when I checked out problems started. I paid the small fee for the upgrade and received an invoice. They said as I had prepaid there was no invoice for the main room fee which is fine and fairly normal. I then noticed they had charged me again on my credit card. I shortly after contacted hotels.com who were very helpful and spoke to the hotel front desk who assured them it was a mistake and I would be reimbursed in 7 to 14 days. Sadly now almost three weeks later and with chasing I have not been reimbursed and they have now said I will not be: "after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager about the refund. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted.". I must say this is pretty outrageous given I had already paid and was simply offered an upgrade for a small fee (there was nothing in the small print about this affecting anything else otherwise I would not have accepted). I am extremely unhappy and will be taking this further.

Great stay and half the price of Copenhagen but easy to travel there.

Fint stort værelse, dog burde der være 2 dyner og ikke en stor. Ellers var alt fint

Nice well situated hotel, good food, excellent staff. We had a good sized room, but it really needed a full update of shower and furniture, the small table had cigarette burns and the shower sprayed water onto the toilet.

Hotellets stand har set bedre dage. Go seng. Stort værelse. God service.

We found a grape on the floor. The space below the wondow felt moist.

Fantastisk hotel, bygningen er arkitektonisk elegant, dejlig indretning, kæmpe værelse og med lækker morgenmad.

Det hele var egentlig godt og der er ikke det store at udsætte. Dog havde de fjernet noget af komforten fra vores værelse ved at slå sofaen ud og redt den op til seng. Umiddelbart så det ud som om de gør det fast på alle værelser uagtet af antal overnattende, og det betyder reelt at sofaen ikke kan bruges. Derudover checkede de os ud før tid, selvom vi blot var gået en tur. Vi fik adgang til værelset igen - men optimalt var det ikke.

perfekt für verlängertes Weekend

Dejligt Hotel, dejligt stille og tæt på centrum. Google Chrome virkede ikke og kun 3 tv kanaler virkede. Der var mange pletter på gulvet og det var lettere slidt. Hvorfor har et mellem dyrt Hotel billig plastik toilet sæder 😥😥
