When I arrived at the hotel in the morning, I got sick because I couldn't sleep in the airplane for 15 hours due to an infant keeping crying all the time. However, thanks to the kindness of the staff at the front desk, I could take a rest at the bar. Soon, they prepared the room. I really appreciate their job. Otherwise, I would have fallen ill seriously. Thank you very much for the consideration.

It was a wonderful historic hotel, like the kind used by aristocrats.

また泊まりたいホテルです！ 立地が良いので、ストックホルムを堪能したい人におすすめします！ 外観も内装も可愛く、朝食ブュッフェも美味しいですし、スタッフの方も親切です！ 冬に行きましたが、部屋は常に23度くらいに保たれてて、快適でした。 湯船はなくシャワーのみです！ タオル、シャンプー、ドライヤーなど必要なものは揃ってます！ スリッパはないので、必要な方は持って行った方がいいですね。 夕方くらいにはストックホルムの街中はライトアップされて、とても綺麗でした… 歩いてるだけで、楽しいです！ お土産屋さん、雑貨屋、カフェなどたくさんあるので、ホテル周辺だけでも充分楽しめます！ ホテルからすぐのストックホルム宮殿は圧巻です！昼には衛兵交代式もあるので是非！ 街中にトイレは日本みたいにない、有料なので、気をつけて笑

We stayed for 3 nights, and it was definitely a great stay! We would like to appreciate the service and kindness provided by the staffs. If we visit Gamla Stan again, we're sure we stay Victory Hotel again!

Fantastiskt hotell 🏨

Perfectly located in Old Town (Gamla Stan) which allows to easily walk to everything. The breakfast was fresh and delicious everyday. We really appreciated the complimentary upgrade, the bed was so soft and comfortable and the room was beautiful. Thank you for the welcome drink and chocolates. You made our stay in Stockholm unforgettable!

Breakfast could have been earlier, heat control was not the best. The hotel overall was good.

Good location for exploring Gamla Stan and a very good breakfast buffet.

Staff were incredibly helpful, hotel was very nice.

VIP Access is a JOKE Its a cute little hotel in prime location but we had Few problems: Hotel floors/Elevator had a very pungent/unbearable smell of food/meat for whatever reason They charge 100kr for sauna use which is bizarre since paying guests should have access to something as basic as sauna given there is no other amenities in the hotel. They don’t mention this on Expedia. Neither did they mention to me until after I used it. At that point any legit person would simply apologize and make it complimentary instead of back charging. The staff was very friendly except for the gentleman/owner David at the front desk who was pretty unfriendly and outright RUDE. We checked in with 2 kids under 12 and they did not mention about any extra charges. Next day owner asks us to pay for the kids in a very rude tone and says you cannot sneak them in. Really??? Your staff checked us in with all 4 of our passports what part of that means sneak in??? The opposite of hospitality. Don’t recommend.
