アンティークが客室から廊下・階段など至る場所に飾られている興味深い内装のホテルでした。特に地階のレストランは13世紀の石積みが露呈展示した非常に面白い構造でした。 廊下に紅茶・コーヒーステーションがあり、自由に温かい飲み物を飲めたのも助かりました。

When I arrived at the hotel in the morning, I got sick because I couldn't sleep in the airplane for 15 hours due to an infant keeping crying all the time. However, thanks to the kindness of the staff at the front desk, I could take a rest at the bar. Soon, they prepared the room. I really appreciate their job. Otherwise, I would have fallen ill seriously. Thank you very much for the consideration.

It was a wonderful historic hotel, like the kind used by aristocrats.

また泊まりたいホテルです！ 立地が良いので、ストックホルムを堪能したい人におすすめします！ 外観も内装も可愛く、朝食ブュッフェも美味しいですし、スタッフの方も親切です！ 冬に行きましたが、部屋は常に23度くらいに保たれてて、快適でした。 湯船はなくシャワーのみです！ タオル、シャンプー、ドライヤーなど必要なものは揃ってます！ スリッパはないので、必要な方は持って行った方がいいですね。 夕方くらいにはストックホルムの街中はライトアップされて、とても綺麗でした… 歩いてるだけで、楽しいです！ お土産屋さん、雑貨屋、カフェなどたくさんあるので、ホテル周辺だけでも充分楽しめます！ ホテルからすぐのストックホルム宮殿は圧巻です！昼には衛兵交代式もあるので是非！ 街中にトイレは日本みたいにない、有料なので、気をつけて笑

We stayed for 3 nights, and it was definitely a great stay! We would like to appreciate the service and kindness provided by the staffs. If we visit Gamla Stan again, we're sure we stay Victory Hotel again!

It is a wonderful property in a great setting to ready access to everything on Gamla Stan and much on the other islands. The staff was very helpful with helping us find gluten free friendly restaurants, answering our questions from the most mundane (how to get to a certain place) to more interesting questions, like the meaning of the three crowns. We'd highly recommend the hotel to others. Also, it is a perfect spot for first time visitors to the city of Stockholm.

Excelent location and great breakfest!

The room was pretty small and while checking in they told me I am upgraded to a bigger room, so cannot picture how small my original room would be. TV remote was not working and they somehow could not fix it. They should do something with the window so that it can become darker. With the current shade, it was really light out and it made me wake up couple of times at nite. On the other hand, breakfast was good, staff was super friendly, location was good and the hotel had a nice decoration and details all over. It was a nice touch to put a nightcap in my room with my name written on it. Thank you.

Chambre tres propre personnel accueillant et serviable a l écoute Petit déjeuner tres copieux varié et bon. On n a pas tester le bar . Seul bémol le store de la chambre le soleil se levant tres tôt a Stockolm on était réveillés a 3h30 du matin pas top.😒

Vi hade en väldigt trevlig vistelse på hotellet. Personalen var fantastisk – både kunnig, professionell och väldigt vänlig. Särskilt imponerade blev vi av personalen i hotellbaren som tog med oss på en rundvandring i både vinkällaren och grappa-rummet. Det märktes verkligen att de hade stor kunskap och ett genuint intresse för det de gör. Servicen gjorde hela upplevelsen extra minnesvärd. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Good location. Very clean hotel. Disappointed there was no tea/coffee provided in the room. Only on reading reviews of the hotel on our return did we find out there is a beverage area on each floor. Maybe the reception staff could inform the guests on check in??? We were next to the lift so we had no occasion to wander the corridors. Also, the water provided on our first day wasn't left again. When we enquired at reception we were told we could have it if we asked. This is quite unusual in a hotel. We have travelled extensively and can't recall having to do this. On the plus side breakfast was good and the hotel was quiet at night.

Some (most) staff were friendly. More amenities needed in room (a kettle, rather than being in the hallway) and hotel is due an update soon I would say, as it's starting to look a little worn. Great location though and would probably stay again.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Perfect location in Old Town Stockholm. Walking distance to a lot of the tourist attractions. Me and my wife have stayed here twice and we have always enjoyed our visits.
