A window gives us a wonderful view of the lakeside city and it varies dramatically even within a short period!

駅から歩いて２０分ほど、喧騒から離れていて程良い感じ。湖岸を歩いて行けるので、晴れていれば気持ちいい。

Service is excellent at this hotel though I didn't reserve lake view room. So I would like to stay this hotel again if I'll go to Lucern.

View was absolutely amazing. Major issue was that we spent the first night sweltering. Was told twice that the room would cool down but even after having the a/c on all night the room was still 80f 27.5c in the morning. Extremely expensive hotel to spend the night suffering in heat. Complained again the next day a little more vigorously and received a portable a/c. The second night was fine, but didn’t make up for the first night. As you spend most of your time “sleeping “ at a hotel and not enjoying the view in your sleep, my recommendation…. Stay somewhere else!

Loved this hotel! The staff at check in were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and has great amenities. Dyson blow dryers and adjustable beds in the room were a fun surprise. Great location and loved the funicular to get up and down the hill quickly. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Wir durften ein Nachtessen mit Übernachtung im Hotel Montana genießen – und es war von A bis Z ein herausragendes Erlebnis. Das 6-Gang-Menü von Küchenchef Johan Breedijk war ein kulinarisches Highlight: kreativ komponiert, perfekt abgestimmt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Jeder Gang überraschte auf seine eigene Art und machte den Abend zu einer Genussreise auf höchstem Niveau. Unser Zimmer in der 5. Etage mit traumhaftem Seeblick bot höchsten Komfort. Die Kombination aus stilvollem Design und der atemberaubenden Aussicht sorgte für eine wunderbar entspannte Atmosphäre. Der Service war durchgehend ausgezeichnet – aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Fazit: Best in town. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

Beautiful views of the city.

Surprisingly told that dispute high price I paid per night, breakfast was excluded. Had to pay a lot more on site. Receptionist told me I’d been upgraded to a penthouse given how much I’d paid which was equivalent to penthouse. Only to actually see the penthouse which was next door! Very inappropriate. I slept and went to work. Skipped breakfast etc and just did what I needed to do. Good views nonetheless. Pretty much.

It's a beautiful renovated hotel. Boris, the concierge was extremely helpful.

The tram is built into the hotel and takes you directly to the promenade, super convenient. Hotel is Meticulously maintained and we appreciated the complimentary soft drinks. Wouldn’t think twice about staying here again, do it you won’t regret it.

Lucerne is a beautiful place to visit. But when we checked into the Art Deco we were given a small room with no view and no amenities. This was not the room I booked using Expedia and not only was it super small I tripped on the ledge of the dated bathroom twice. The hotel blamed Expedia and Expedia said the hotel wouldn't honor a cancellation. So we moved hotels and were finally happy. Just be careful what you book and understand the hotel is older.

Great Location and Views! Friendly staff. A ton of room features.. only drawback was the room could get a little stuffy without a real ac system. A fan was provided to help with circulation and only comes into need during the hottest of days.

This was a bit pricey but we got way more in return. Our room was facing the lake with balcony. Excellent location and hotel provides free bus passes during guest stay which is great especially with the bus stop right by the hotel exist when using their free Funicular. Breakfast was great but we ate out the rest. Our bed was the most comfortable since our stay in Europe the last 10 days.

We rented the penthouse suite and loved it. Crazy expensive, but crazy good. Such a great space. Would have loved to stay longer but we are happy that we could stay there. Once in a lifetime stay!

absolutely stunning hotel with the most amazing view imaginable

Excellent location and room amenities. The Dyson hairdryer and espresso machine were a special touch. Dinner at night on the patio at La Scala and cocktails prior at the rooftop bar were spectacular with a view not to be matched. Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Definitely get the room with the lake view and two balconies.

We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teenaged children in 2 separate rooms. The staff were fantastic and our rooms were unforgettable. We loved every detail.
