The room was small, but the bed was big and comfortable. If you go to Haldenstrasse instead of the hotel address, you can use the elevator. The view from the restaurant was great.

루체른의 최고급 호텔중 하나로 내부 방 사이즈도 크고 편리하게 잘 지냈다.호텔 위치가 높이 있어 살짝 도보로 다닐때 걱정을 했는데 호텔에서 아래 큰 도로쪽으로 연결하는 케이블까가 운행되어 전혀 문제 없었다 뷰도 좋고 만족스러웠다

위치가 정말로 좋았습니다. 나머지는 괜찮은 호텔 수준이지만 조식을 먹으면서 보는 루체른의 모습은 다시는 잊지 못할 것 같습니다.

루체른 전경을 한눈에 볼수 있어 넘 좋음...걸어서5분거리에 노틀담성당이 있고 10분거리에 호숫가 신책과 시내 쇼핑이 가능~~직원들도 친절하고 시설도 훌륭함

걍 다 최고 정말 멋진 뷰와 써비스 강추입니다 특히 조식이 정말 맛있고 좋습니다 다시 루체른에 온다면 다시 묵고싶은 호텔입니다

숙박 시설 모두 깔끔하고 호텔의 위치도 너무 좋았어요~

Disappointing~!!! on the fourth floor, you can get strong smell of fungus and even in the room~ I couldn't stay there and I asked to change the room. However I had to pay extra charge to change the room. I won't stay there again and I won't recommend this hotel to my friends~!!!

SIts at what seems to be the highest point for a hotel in the area. It overlooks the lake and city. Absolutely beautiful. And the trolly car that goes from the main road up the mountain directly into the hotel is awesome. Beautiful. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel. We had a suite that overlooked the lake and city and had a spa tub on the balcony! It was well worth the extra price to wake up and see the sun highlighting the lake and a wonderful view of the mountains. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to all our needs. A short walk from restaurants, bars, shops, and train station. This was a great place to stay!!

Very Clean , Buffet Breakfast was excellent! Staff was absolutely fantastic !!!!

View was absolutely amazing. Major issue was that we spent the first night sweltering. Was told twice that the room would cool down but even after having the a/c on all night the room was still 80f 27.5c in the morning. Extremely expensive hotel to spend the night suffering in heat. Complained again the next day a little more vigorously and received a portable a/c. The second night was fine, but didn’t make up for the first night. As you spend most of your time “sleeping “ at a hotel and not enjoying the view in your sleep, my recommendation…. Stay somewhere else!

Loved this hotel! The staff at check in were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and has great amenities. Dyson blow dryers and adjustable beds in the room were a fun surprise. Great location and loved the funicular to get up and down the hill quickly. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Wir durften ein Nachtessen mit Übernachtung im Hotel Montana genießen – und es war von A bis Z ein herausragendes Erlebnis. Das 6-Gang-Menü von Küchenchef Johan Breedijk war ein kulinarisches Highlight: kreativ komponiert, perfekt abgestimmt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Jeder Gang überraschte auf seine eigene Art und machte den Abend zu einer Genussreise auf höchstem Niveau. Unser Zimmer in der 5. Etage mit traumhaftem Seeblick bot höchsten Komfort. Die Kombination aus stilvollem Design und der atemberaubenden Aussicht sorgte für eine wunderbar entspannte Atmosphäre. Der Service war durchgehend ausgezeichnet – aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Fazit: Best in town. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

Beautiful views of the city.

Surprisingly told that dispute high price I paid per night, breakfast was excluded. Had to pay a lot more on site. Receptionist told me I’d been upgraded to a penthouse given how much I’d paid which was equivalent to penthouse. Only to actually see the penthouse which was next door! Very inappropriate. I slept and went to work. Skipped breakfast etc and just did what I needed to do. Good views nonetheless. Pretty much.

It's a beautiful renovated hotel. Boris, the concierge was extremely helpful.

No end table next to our bed. Could barely get into bed
