I adore returning to this beautiful hotel, and when I arrived yesterday, was so happy to be welcomed by Carolina, whose customer service is so outstanding. I have visited this hotel several times, and she is truly genuine in her care for her guests. She makes you feel so welcome, and at home. It is my husbands first visit, and he adores the hotel. The entire staff is exceptional-we are so grateful to have found this beautiful hotel in Spiez

Chambre non chauffée et très froide. Malgré notre réclamation, aucune solution ni changement de chambre n’a été proposé. Service indigne du prix élevé de cet hôtel.

The Belvedere Hotel in Spiez is a beautiful, clean property with stunning Lake Thun views and friendly staff. However, room cleaning was subpar—hair and garbage remained on beds and floors, and sheets weren’t changed despite opting for daily service. The green initiative is great, but cleanliness shouldn’t suffer. The steep hike to the town/train station was tough with luggage, and missing the paid shuttle led to a 50 CHF Uber ride. A solid hotel, but housekeeping and accessibility issues drop it to 3.5/5 stars.

Es hat im Zimmer eine Tasche mit Tüchern, Schlappen etc. um an den kleinen Pool, den Saunabereich und die Liegeflächen zu gehen. Mega praktisch
Bar hat grosse auswahl und nette Aussicht
Personal freundlich
Parkplätze muss man sich etwas orientieren, damit man richtig steht. Wird am Empfang aber auch nochmals angesprochen.

This is my second visit to this beautiful hotel! When I arrived yesterday, I was warmly greeted by Carolina, who remembered me from my stay in February. Her customer service is truly outstanding, and she made me feel so welcome. The room was ready, and I was overwhelmed with joy with the beauty of my room, with a beautiful view of the lake. Hotel Belvedere has a lovely lido, where you can sunbathe n enjoy swimming in the lake. The pool and wellness center is gorgeous. The staff is amazing, and I hope to return to this beautiful hotel every year. Thank you Carolina, and entire staff for making this feel like a second home in Switzerland!

Room was well maintained, breakfast spread was extensive, staff were top notch in terms of friendliness, sauna/infinity pool is incredible. Shuttle to/from train station on day of arrival/departure was convenient. Spiez is a wonderful little town. This is the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we WILL definitely stay here again!
