I adore returning to this beautiful hotel, and when I arrived yesterday, was so happy to be welcomed by Carolina, whose customer service is so outstanding. I have visited this hotel several times, and she is truly genuine in her care for her guests. She makes you feel so welcome, and at home. It is my husbands first visit, and he adores the hotel. Wonderful location, beautiful views on the lake, mountains and castle. I loved being able to walk down the lake each morning for a swim, using the hotel's access and facilities (dressing room, toilet) right on the lakeside.

This is my second visit to this beautiful hotel! When I arrived yesterday, I was warmly greeted by Carolina, who remembered me from my stay in February. Her customer service is truly outstanding, and she made me feel so welcome. The room was ready, and I was overwhelmed with joy with the beauty of my room, with a beautiful view of the lake. Hotel Belvedere has a lovely lido, where you can sunbathe n enjoy swimming in the lake. The pool and wellness center is gorgeous. The staff is amazing, and I hope to return to this beautiful hotel every year. Thank you Carolina, and entire staff for making this feel like a second home in Switzerland!

Our room is to hot the Aircondition is not working we ask to fixed it and somebody check it but don’t work they give us electricfan for 2 days we pay 500dollar a room for just loft room with electricfan not happy at all the veiw is good the breakfast is good

This place is pretty average but very clean and a big room. The staff was really nice- Everyone was helpful. The bar and the restaurant had phenomenal food, but the amenities weren’t that great. What they consider a hot tub/whirlpool was luke warm (seriously barely warm).. and the outdoor pool during a cold season was also luke warm; if that.

The Strandhotel Belvedere is truly amazing! I arrived early yesterday, and was warmly greeted by Carolina, whose customer service was outstanding. I was able to check in earlier than expected, and am so happy at this hotel. They have a gorgeous view at ‘Captains Bar’ where I received a complimentary desert and coffee. The wellness area is gorgeous! And then, I had dinner last night at their restaurant. It was truly one of the best meals of my life, and the service I received from Dominique was also outstanding. She and the other server were amazing, and made my dinner experience so special. I cannot wait to return to this beautiful hotel!

Very lovely stay. Beautiful views of the lake. Room was large and very comfortable with a full size tub for soaking after hikes all day. The trek to the train station from the hotel is uphill but manageable. Food at restaurant was average.
