浴室沒有門。可以請飯店到車站接送。晚餐好吃。

酒店离开火车站有一小段路 一开始不知道有接送服务 后来有的时候问了酒店，服务非常好，酒店还有桑拿Spa健身服务，可以消除疲劳。酒店非常有设计风格，餐厅面对湖，下次来还会入住。

The hotel is actually nice and clean itself. I will not say it is not good. but it is small, and only one restaurant, which is quite pricey, and food not as good as its price. the pros is its lake view is superb, but unfortunately, quite foggy during winter, so not able to see great view as on their hotel website. The cons is no restaurants/shops nearby............. And they charge me 80 Francs for third person, which seems a little bit too much. compared with 30 Euros NH charged me........ Not many dishes on breakfast table, but you can ask for omelet, which is the best omelet I ever had. we wanted to visit Interlaken, which does not have many hotels....... so, I guess this is probably one of the better choices.

订的湖景房，正对图恩湖，酒店提供接驳车，需要提前联系，否则从火车站下来还是有点距离的~景色真的很不错，看着施皮茨的灯火一点点亮起来，很不错的感觉~

酒店的位置很不错，餐厅正对图恩湖，景致非常不错，如果夏天入住那将是非常美妙的体验。前台的LISA也非常热心有礼貌，主动提及可以送我们去火车站。虽然只有一点路，但是那是从低往上走，所以拉着行李很吃力的，有了SHUTTLE BUS就方便了住客。 没有定湖景房，所以房间不靠湖，而是靠路，但是小小的阳台望出去，除了湖面没有，其他3面也有瑞士特色的独栋矮房，装饰不一却精致有序。 我一定会再去SPIEZ，再次入住。

room was clean and had everything you need. The bed was a disappointment as it was hard and the pillows uncomfortable so sleeping was not so good, but otherwise lovely

Chambre non chauffée et très froide. Malgré notre réclamation, aucune solution ni changement de chambre n’a été proposé. Service indigne du prix élevé de cet hôtel. Règles du sauna non respectées et non contrôlées. Très déçue, je n’y retournerai pas.

I adore returning to this beautiful hotel, and when I arrived yesterday, was so happy to be welcomed by Carolina, whose customer service is so outstanding. I have visited this hotel several times, and she is truly genuine in her care for her guests. She makes you feel so welcome, and at home. It is my husbands first visit, and he adores the hotel. The entire staff is exceptional-we are so grateful to have found this beautiful hotel in Spiez

The Belvedere Hotel in Spiez is a beautiful, clean property with stunning Lake Thun views and friendly staff. However, room cleaning was subpar—hair and garbage remained on beds and floors, and sheets weren’t changed despite opting for daily service. The green initiative is great, but cleanliness shouldn’t suffer. The steep hike to the town/train station was tough with luggage, and missing the paid shuttle led to a 50 CHF Uber ride. A solid hotel, but housekeeping and accessibility issues drop it to 3.5/5 stars.

Das Belvédère in Spiez ist immer wieder eine Reise wert! Super nette Bedienung, tolle Aussicht, alles sehr sauber, einfach zum entspannen und geniessen!

Wonderful location, beautiful views on the lake, mountains and castle. I loved being able to walk down the lake each morning for a swim, using the hotel's access and facilities (dressing room, toilet) right on the lakeside.
