ブティック ホテル ヨセフ

立地は駅近且つスーパーやレストランがあり、大変便利でした。スタッフの方が常駐していないので、なにか質問したくても直接尋ねることはできませんでした。ホテルの施設としては、シャワーの水圧が弱かったのが残念でしたが、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、ハンドソープすべてMOLTON BROWN、そしてベットのマットレスはとても快適だったので満足です。

Não se enganem ao verem dutos de ventilação na fotografia do restaurante que existe no hotel… igualmente não se enganem ao verem um termostato dentro do quarto. O hotel não tem ar condicionado e o quarto é um forno. É isso mesmo. O pior de tudo, após serem informados da inexistência de ar condicionado ao telefone, é ouvirem do atendente “abram a janela”! A noite simplesmente não se dorme: seja em razão do calor com as janelas fechadas, seja em razão do barulho dos trens freando com as janelas abertas. Portanto, o que era para ser uma hospedagem estrategicamente escolhida ao lado da estação de trem foi a pior hospedagem de nossas vidas. E durante o dia, com as janelas abertas, somos obrigados a conviver com moscas que entram na habitação em razão de lixeiras existentes no térreo. Observe-se na foto a seguir uma mosca colocando ovos na pia do banheiro! Que nojeira! Sem contar que o quarto também não possui frigobar. O que o hóspede diabético, que tem que manter sua insulina refrigerada, faz? Qualquer hotel mais ou menos no Brasil possui ar condicionado e um minibar. Em Zurique, na Suíça, não possuir, é o fim da picada. Não estamos falando de um país em desenvolvimento não… estamos falando da SUÍÇA! Não retorno nunca mais a esse hotel. Pesquisando na internet foi possível encontrar a duas quadras de distância um hotel mais barato e com ar condicionado!

Love the design of the rooms in this hotel, bathroom was gorgeous and had really nice toiletries - so no need to pack your own. It’s self check in, but that was easy. Very close to the station and in a nice area.

the room has a lot of dust

I liked the decor but everthing in the room did feel quite cheap, especially the bedding, one side had one pillow and one side had two pillows stuffed in one case. The pillows were far too thin. The room was just quite worn, scuffs all over the walls etc. Great location though but i think overproced for the quality.

There is no 24 hour manned check in. The automated check in did not work and the reception area is not lit. This was very unnerving when arriving on my own, late after a flight delay.

Sem ar condicionado, quarto muito quente, sem frigobar, sem portaria e nenhuma assistencia com problemas.

Posizione ottima e staff accogliente. La camera però non disponeva di minifrigo e l’aria condizionata non funzionava molto bene.

The room was clean but small. The double bed was against the wall so one person would struggle to get up in the night without waking the other. It was very hot when we stayed - the room was airconditioned but not a comfortable night's sleep if you were sleeping against the wall. Definitely worth considering upgrading to a bigger room if staying during the warmer months.

Nice looking property. Easy 5 minute walk to train station and nearby a grocery store and several cafes. Biggest drawback was lack of air conditioning and train noise, but overall a good experience.

I would not recommend staying here during warm months. The air conditioning in the room was not working at all. We stayed for 3 nights & each day when we reached out to let them know our room was very warm they said they would take care of it & they never did. There is not s formal front desk & we were usually out for the day before anyone arrived & we returned to the hotel after the staff had left for the day so there was never anyone to discuss the problem with them n person but I would call each day & ask them to resolve it while we were out. Unfortunately leaving the windows open for a breeze was not am option as the hotel is located directly next to Zurich HB which was tremendously convenient for travel but way too loud overnight to keep windows open. The temperature of the room was between 80-82 degrees the entire staff even though we had the temperature set much lower. I am still waiting to hear back from the hotel directly or hotels.com for resolution. A 3 night stay totaled over $1,000. This is not acceptable for a hotel with no air conditioning in the middle of summer.

The hotel is around 5 mins walk from train station. There are many tram stops around the hotel make it easy to get around Zurich. Many groceries store and good local restaurants to choose from within 5-10 mins walk. I would stay here again if we go back to Zurich.

Great hotel close to the train station and in walking distance to the main attractions. Very welcoming staff too.

그린델발트 넘어가기전 취리히 공항에서 가까운 호텔 알아보고 예약했는데 위치는 정말 좋아요. 기차역 바로 인접이라서 다음 목적지 넘어가는데 최고였습니다. 다만 객실이 너무 좁고 침대 옆 선반에 먼지가 너무 많았고 커튼이 고장나서 가져온 수건으로 가려놨네요

Amazing

I really liked the proximity to the train station and old town area. I thought there were good restaurants nearby and some options for grocery shopping. I thought the hotel room was nice and clean and had what I needed for my stay. The staff was polite, although I wish there was a more clear reception area.
