23時頃のチェックインでしたが、チューリッヒ中央駅から近く便利でした。ホテルカウンターの手続きもスムーズに。小さな広場に面したホテル周辺は昼間は賑やかです。 水圧が低くシャワーに時間が掛かるのがマイナス点。

Unfortunately we could not get an upgraded room, although we expected to get it since the hotel is "VIP access" and we are gold status at expedia (it was a reason we choose the hotel). Other than this, the hotel is good at following points. Staffs: excellent, very kind and friendly, frequently of English Room: different from photos (a bit smaller and older), but clean Shower: okey Library: excellent Breakfast: okey, eggs are optional and will be charged, coffees are excellent Complimentary: free coffee and waters are excellent Area: ca.10 min. by walk from the station but convenient for nice restaurants and cafes.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful city! Location was perfect for everything. Tower Suite was exceptional. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful. Cant fault anything.

The staff are all very nice and friendly. Breakfast is good and Ruth is outstanding.

Lovely boutique hotel , remember small rooms are often standard in Europe , in repurposed building , hence no central A/C but small portable one , so in the heat of summer that’s a challenge and the only downside of this lovely gem !

This is a nice, medium hotel in a good location. The staff are all very friendly, and the public areas are very well designed and stylish. Our room was nice, but the bathroom looked like it was still to be upgraded, in terms of décor and facilities. The room itself was nicely done out, although there was a prominent extension cord in full view, and the mobile air conditioning unit only worked significantly on full power (and was very noisy when it was). We had to turn it off at night as it was so noisy, and the room didn't get below 25 degrees at night although it wasn't too bad. The breakfast room was nice and had a decent amount of food choices. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, walkable from main train station and great spacious room

Loved that it was walkable from train station, food stores, buses and the lake. Breakfast had a good choice and room was quiet and bed comfortable. Only downfall was that they didn’t have air conditioning, only a fan which didn’t help much. When we were there it was hot.

The location is excellent—very well situated and convenient. The staff were truly wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay pleasant. However, we did notice a few areas where the hotel fell short of expectations, especially given its advertised 4-star rating. • Entertainment: There’s an Xbox in the room, but it isn’t connected to the internet. Reception informed us they couldn’t provide connectivity, so guests would need to bring their own internet if they wish to use it. • Amenities: Basic toiletries like body lotion aren’t provided as standard—you have to request them at the front desk. • Plumbing Issues: Both the bathtub and sink drains were quite slow, causing water to accumulate during showers and while washing up. • Towel Heater: Though present in the room, it wasn’t functional, we were told that towel dryer only works on the wintertime. • Bedding Comfort: The bed sheets (which were actually mattress covers rather than fitted sheets) kept slipping at night, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The AC was not working in our room for 2 days, it build a sheet of ice and started dripping water on the floor. The warm and attentive service from the staff was a highlight. That said, based on our experience, we feel the hotel doesn’t quite meet the standards of a 4-star property. With a few improvements—particularly in maintenance and amenities—it could certainly live up to its rating

Das Zimmer ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad wae dreckig, Handtücher dreckig und mit Löcher. Am Bett und Kissen waren Flecken. alles sehr staubig. Das einzige war die Lage. Für eine Nacht ok, aber länger geht definitiv nicht.

Great location and very quiet room

The main bed was super comfy, Ruth at the breakfast was amazing, the bathroom was very spacious, and our whole area was very spacious. The sofa bed was the one complaint we would have, it was creaky and not comfortable.

Room is clean but a little bit old. WiFi is horrible, even without TV signal.

Great hotel right in old town. Great and convenient place to stay.
