ルガノ駅から徒歩2分程(真ん前)で、とても便が良かったです。

裏の庭と山が見える部屋に案内されましたがせっかくなので追加料金支払い美しい湖に見渡せる部屋に代えました。夕方帰り景色を満喫していると気付きましたが、目の前を列車が通過するたびに凄い騒音に見舞われます。街中で夜まで遊んで帰るのには向いていますが、早く休みたい方は辞めた方がよいと思います。朝食は良かったです。

湖側最高のロケーション。 部屋はあまり広くはありませんが清潔です。

鉄道での移動が主ならば、お勧めなホテルです。

ベルニナエクスプレスの連絡バスに乗るためルガーノで1泊した際に利用しました。バスはルガーノ駅から出発するのですが、おそらくここのホテルが一番駅に近い（徒歩5分程度）ホテルと思われます。したがって我々にとっては便利な立地で問題なくバスに乗ることができました。部屋は手狭でしたが清潔でした。ベルニナエクスプレス連絡バスに乗りたい方にはオススメのホテルです。

国際会議出席のためにルガーノを訪れ、このホテルに四泊した。 本館と別館があり、事前の評判から、本館を予約した。 部屋：極めて清潔。無線LAN接続良。茶器類の設備はない。 場所：ルガーノ駅のそばで、旧市街中心部からケーブルカーで坂を登ったところにある（料金1.1スイスフラン、時間は5分程度、本数多。観光用よりは、市民の足といった感じ）。旧市街との高低差はビルの10階程度で、徒歩でも十分可。坂の途中にルガーノのランドマークの聖ロレンツォ教会がある。 朝食：非常に良い。コンチネンタル（チーズ、ハム、果物）に加え、ホットミール（卵、ベーコン、ソーセージ）もある。パンは美味で種類も豊富。滞在中、焼鳥（どう見ても日本の焼鳥）があったのは不思議。 ホテルの設備：ゲストランドリー（コインランドリー）は無く、長めの滞在には、その点は不便かもしれない。無料のプリンター設備があり、滞在中何度か使わせてもらった。

Beautiful room and bathroom at the front of the hotel. Had large balcony, shared with other rooms (although nobody else used it when we were there). Extremely comfortable room with efficient aircon. Food in the on-site restaurant was excellent, as was the hotel's home-grown/produced wine. Breakfast also great, with loads of choice. Staff polite and helpful. Some noise from passing trains when windows were open, but being near the station was a requirement for us, and this didn't impact our stay.

I booked this hotel mainly because it is near the station and I wanted to travel around the Ticino region by train. I wasn't expecting such a charming property that reflects the grand era of travel of a century ago. Despite its age, it has been very well upgraded and my room was very comfortable, with a balcony view of the garden and its many palm trees. The "Parkhotel" in the name is well merited -- the grounds are substantial and are like an oasis around the building. My stay was only for three nights and I was out and about during the day so I didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of this. Breakfast was well organized and a wide selection was on offer. Based on the listing in Hotels.com, I was under the impression that there was no lift, but there are in fact two lifts, and these can be accessed directly from the ground level without having to climb the stairs to reach the lobby. If I ever come back to Lugano, I would definitely stay here and I'd make time to take advantage of the "park."

Ihana perinteikäs hotelli luonnon keskellä. Siisti, valoisa ja iso huone. Kiva uima-allasalue ja hyvä aamiainen. Ainoa miinus junien aiheuttamasta kolinasta, muutoin erittäin rauhallinen ympäristö.

Fantastic! Rooms are beautiful, quiet, and with a wonderful view of the lake, if you are on the lake side of the hotel. Beautiful swimming pool and fun happy hour. All great! Highly recommend!

easy walk from train station

Very convenient for the railway station and funicular into the town/ lake. The garden is beautiful and the restaurant good and quite reasonable. An enjoyable stay.
