매우 좋은 위치에 전망좋은 발코니가 있는 방 이어서 매우 만족 했음 아울러 Tichino 주 대중교통을 free 로 사용할수 있는 티켓도 유용했음

친절한 체크인 철도 옆 호텔로 엄청 가깝고 철길 지나 호텔입구라 밤엔 조심해야함 새벽 밤 기차소리가 남 호텔은 약간 오래되고 방이 좁은 편 공용테라스가 있어 옆방 사람과 인사하거나 호수를 바라보며 기차소리 들으며 커피한잔 할수 있음 욕실을 새로 수리해서 작지만 깨끗함 타월이 없어 달라하니 줌 아침 식사는 좋음 빵도 맛있고 유리창 닫고 음악 들리니 기차소음 안들리고 창밖으로 호수가 보임

기차역에서 멀지 않은 위치이면서 발코니에서 바라본 전망이 훌륭했습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 서비스가 훌륭했습니다.

It is perfect place to stay in Switzerland.

1.location is close to station (3min) 2.staff was very nice. 3.room was big size and had a balcony. 4.bed was very comfortable.like it! 5.laundry service was very cheap and clean. 7kg 18euro.

Beautiful room and bathroom at the front of the hotel. Had large balcony, shared with other rooms (although nobody else used it when we were there). Extremely comfortable room with efficient aircon. Food in the on-site restaurant was excellent, as was the hotel's home-grown/produced wine. Breakfast also great, with loads of choice. Staff polite and helpful. Some noise from passing trains when windows were open, but being near the station was a requirement for us, and this didn't impact our stay.

I booked this hotel mainly because it is near the station and I wanted to travel around the Ticino region by train. I wasn't expecting such a charming property that reflects the grand era of travel of a century ago. Despite its age, it has been very well upgraded and my room was very comfortable, with a balcony view of the garden and its many palm trees. The "Parkhotel" in the name is well merited -- the grounds are substantial and are like an oasis around the building. My stay was only for three nights and I was out and about during the day so I didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of this. Breakfast was well organized and a wide selection was on offer. Based on the listing in Hotels.com, I was under the impression that there was no lift, but there are in fact two lifts, and these can be accessed directly from the ground level without having to climb the stairs to reach the lobby. If I ever come back to Lugano, I would definitely stay here and I'd make time to take advantage of the "park."

Ihana perinteikäs hotelli luonnon keskellä. Siisti, valoisa ja iso huone. Kiva uima-allasalue ja hyvä aamiainen. Ainoa miinus junien aiheuttamasta kolinasta, muutoin erittäin rauhallinen ympäristö.

Fantastic! Rooms are beautiful, quiet, and with a wonderful view of the lake, if you are on the lake side of the hotel. Beautiful swimming pool and fun happy hour. All great! Highly recommend!

easy walk from train station

Very convenient for the railway station and funicular into the town/ lake. The garden is beautiful and the restaurant good and quite reasonable. An enjoyable stay.

Super flot parkanlæg, god mad, og fantastisk udsigt over Lugano området. Venligt personale og katten Ginger som alle elsker er chefen for det hele.
