Spa & Resort とあり、写真でも施設が充実している感があるが、全くのビジネスホテルレベル。 屋外プールは夏のみ、屋外に設置されているログハウス調サウナも閉鎖。 唯一の屋内施設ジムはお飾り程度の小規模で、ジャグジーなどのスパ施設は無し、有料のエステやマッサージは個室の小さな風呂があるような写真の紹介だけで、実際に行ってみたがスパエリアには誰も居ない。 地元のカンファレンスやミーティングなどに使われている宴会場あり。 朝食は、オレンジ絞り器があり、種類も充実。 夕食は、悪くはないが、価格設定は高すぎ。 部屋はコネクティングルームの二部屋で家族での滞在には便利だが、床や壁が薄いので、上の階の椅子を引く音や歩く音、ドアの開閉音などうるさく気になる。 ドアのオートロックが壊れており、閉まらず苦労した。 Businessでシンプルに滞在するなら良いが、リゾートとは程遠い。

Room clean, no view though, only of the highway. Service attentive throughout

Uncleaned bathrooms. Small room, couldn’t keep the triple because it was dirty and had to move to a smaller room as they said they didn’t have any more triples. Hotel staff doesn’t replenish not even the water of bottle in the room. Apparently it’s only 1 bottle per stay regardless of how many days you’re there.

The hotel location was very convenient for us because family lives 6 minutes away. The bathrooms and rooms aren’t cleaned property. During my first stay I had to change rooms as it was filthy. The other rooms were o.k. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. The lady at the recepción desk was very nice, while the others so, so. The €25 credit, they dictated was only to be used in the wellness w/ limited hours, (sauna and steam room) so we very were disappointed- didn’t say in Expedia, they just said they changed the policy recently. As we were not able to use it in 3 occasions due to schedule, and the last day they charged us for it, and had to spend aprox 25 minutes to get a credit back to my CC. . Not much to do around the hotel, is isolated and the shuttle to airport has limited hours.

Wery nice hotel, Wery clean

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. One of the main reasons I booked it was because it clearly stated that the airport transfer was free from the airport to the hotel, yet nowhere in the app or booking information did it mention that it had to be pre-booked or that it was only available during specific hours. This is misleading advertising, and it caused serious inconvenience upon arrival. Additionally, the air conditioning filters were extremely dirty, which raises serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene and maintenance standards. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that presents itself as professional and guest-oriented. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations at all, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Très belle salle de sport : calme, confortable et parfaitement équipée. L’hôtel est chaleureux, et le wellness rend l’expérience encore meilleure !

Notre séjour de 4 nuits en chambre lits jumeaux s'est très bien passé. La chambre est petite et nécessite un petit rafraîchissement de peinture. Mais c'est très calme, silencieux et propre. Personnel très sympathique, notamment Herbert à la réception. La piscine est un réel plus pour l'établissement. Il est dommage que certains clients n'en respectent pas le règlement (évitent le pediluve et entrent en baskets, mettent de la musique, plongent...). Le fait de bénéficier de la gratuité des transports aux alentours est appréciable.

Séjour agréable, avec une vue incroyable sur les alentours. La chambre, bien que légèrement petite, était confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner, varié et savoureux, a été très apprécié. Le personnel était accueillant, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus plaisante.

Everything you ever needed! Polite staff, go out their way to help, friendly and helpful. Great rooms, swimming pool and amenities Food outstanding. Location, what can I say, never boring, can see Mont Blanc, the Geneva fountain and much more. Where else would one want to stay. There is nothing negative to say.

Ein tolles Hotel mit schönen, renovierten Superior Zimmern. Schöne Aussicht zum See. Leider sind die Matratzen viel zu hart. Toller und warmer Pool und ganz herzliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr schöne Garten und Poolanlage. Restaurant ist top. Viele Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel. Super praktisch gelegen. Ariane

The staff are very helpful, the food in the on sight restaurant are amazingly good.

Quiet

I stayed for 4 nights and I would say I am very satisfied with my time at Everness Hotel Everness offers shuttle bus service from the airport, but reservation is required ahead of time Reception was very helpful and arranged a shuttle bus pick up, even though I did not make the reservation ahead of time Food at the hotel restaurant is pretty good (when compared to North America hotel. Maybe the quality is average amount other Geneva hotels, but I have no other reference) One thing the hotel could improve on is facility maintenance On the first night, the shower drain was clogged (minus half a star) On the second night, the clog was cleared, but the entire bathroom smells like sewer (minus half a star) Then the hotel offers me a new room immediately, and I am very satisfied with the new room I will definitely go again, and recommend the hotel to my friends

Praktisches Hotel, speziell für Sport und Business Gruppen, in schöner Landschaft mit unmittelbarer Autobahnzugang.

sicuramente un albergo di buona qualità peccato per la dimensione della stanza tripla che avevamo che non permetteva grandi spostamenti, l'assenza del bidet in una struttura internazionale visto anche che è un albergo usato dalla UEFA è sicuramente una lacuna. Il ristorante molto caro in rapporto alla qualità offerta, in effetti oltre 140 chf per 2 hamburger un passato di verdure una porzione di verdurine e 4 palline di gelato una bottiglia di acqua e un calice di prosecco sono davvero troppi. Sicuramente comodo in quanto vicinissimo all'autostrada e con una Spa interessante, ma con i prezzi improponibili che non si trovano neppure nelle catene prestigiose internazionali.

Fantastic variety of breakfast and good meal at dinner too. This is a nice hotel and very clean rooms. thumbs up for housekeping! shiny chrome and clean kettle and cups, everything you need for a relaxing stay they serve it. The billiards is a plus, kept us entertained whenever we cannot go out due to wet weather.. only downside is the transport, we expected shuttle to and from the airport. we booked this for the convenience of airport transfer. Monica collected us from the Airport. Gregory was really warm welcoming us, he has a very friendly smile (beautiful eyes) and easy to talk to. However there was a slight misunderstanding with our room, we were given double bed instead for 3 guests (family) but was corrected the next morning and they gave us chicolaye when we came back to our room the next morning. was a sweet apology, made us smile.. Our 5 night Stay was all good apart from our early flight, we booked 7am flight and We were told that shuttle is not 24hrs. the driver/receptionist comes at 6am, that is the availability of their shuttle. If you have an early flight, do not count on their shuttle. expedia didn't state this hence we paid extra for uber, it cost us extra £42 :(
