Herbert at reception was extremely helpful and contributed to our stay being so enjoyable.

The staff were amazing ! The hotel was beautiful! It’s a perfect place, they also have a fancy dinner area pretty pricey but worth it ! The night of our stay we had to be up early for our flight and the power went out around 10PM. So we couldn’t charge our phones and we didn’t get a call or news or anything of what was going to happen/updates. We just went to bed but it got warm at night with no AC and we couldn’t charge our phones. So in the morning, we still had no power and we were getting ready with no lights and our phones on low battery so we were pretty stressed. Whatever happened that night I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Also shuttles to hotel doesn’t start until 7AM, and we had to be out by 6AM Sadly we had booked this hotel for the shuttle but it didn’t work out. We booked through Expedia and had texted them to pick us up from Airport day we arrived and they replied with yes they would be there and what time and all. The day came and they didn’t send anyone, I called I just thought they were late. And they had no idea who I was and offered the bus( free transportation) once they finally found my reservation they sent someone for us. It’s honestly a great hotel but they have their kinks that need to be fixed !! But I do recommend it’s beautiful, just keep in mind the airport shuttle& if booking with expedia.

Not much selection of food at lunchtime. No room Service after 10pm. Loads of wasps at breakfast. Booked a taxi to airport for 6pm. Didnt turn up till 6:25. Disappointed!

The airport shuttle was very helpful. Staff were welcoming and willing to answer all our questions. The city train/bus/ferry pass helped cut down on travel costs and made it easy to get around the area. The view from hotel window, pool and patio was beautiful and the pool was warm and spacious. Breakfast was very good. A/c worked very well and we were there during a heat wave. Would definitely stay here again!

Très bon accueil. Coin piscine, bar et restaurant extérieur parfaits. Opter pour une chambre en façade car les chambres sur l'arrière donnent sur l'autoroute (impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte car trop bruyant). Bonne literie. Restaurant correct (diner). Le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré (pas vraiment en rapport avec la classification 4 étoiles de l'hôtel -même si ça n'a pas de lien direct-). l'hôtel se rapproche plus d'un 3 étoiles. Accès facile. parking gratuit

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe der Autobahn gelegen (insgesamt ruhig, jedoch bei geöffnetem Fenster Autobahn hörbar). Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Blick auf den Genfer See über die Felder. Freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer sauber im Businessstyle (Standardzimmer klein, aber ausreichend). Deutsche Steckdose am Board vorhanden (ansonsten Schweizer Steckdosen). Fernseher mit deutschen Fernsehprogrammen. Kleiner Kühlschrank mit einer Flasche Wasser zur Ankunft. Bequeme Betten. Sehr gutes Wifi. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Bei gutem Wetter kann man auf der Restaurant Terrasse frühstücken.

I had a short stay here - the staff were able to find me a room as I arrived to check in early - room clean and comfortable - and good AC! Pool area was very busy. Breakfast a little disappointing but OK - lots of dirty trays still on tables outside - so finding a place to sit was difficult - and inside it was very busy. Would visit again.

Restaurant et bar de l'hôtel cosy. Cuisine raffinée et variété diverses avec carte saisonnière. Accessibilité d'accès via l'autoroute.

Rien à redire tout était parfait

Really bad service... is use to come here more or less often... but there is a guy that always find a reason to charge me more than usual...
