スタッフの皆様はすごく親切で、お部屋の広さ、眺望は全て最高です。浴室の窓からは眺めは特に好きです。また泊まりたいです。

スタッフが温かく、幸せな気持ちになりました。私は長旅の中盤でしたが、とても安らぐことが出来ました。 バスルームからの景色には感動しました！

掃除が行き届いていて、家庭的な雰囲気が良かった。スタッフもとても親切だった。特に朝食は常に温かな物を用意してくれて目玉焼きは最高に美味しかった！

Our new favorite hotel! Incredibly cool atmosphere, and our room had a view of the Matterhorn, which was amazing. Breakfast was provided, and it was fantastic. The room was so comfortable- Could not have had a more perfect stay

The location was splendid, staff was super kind and responsive, room was spacious.

The room had an amazing view of the Matterhorn, and the bathroom had a glass ceiling that allowed me to see the stars and part of the mountains while showering. The staff, the breakfast, and the location were great. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Zermatt.

Amazing staff, fun rooms and great breakfast. Only thing is the ventilation in rooms are poor. Have to sleep with the windows open.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Base Camp in Zermatt. The hotel is a short uphill walk from downtown and conveniently located between the ski funicular and the town center. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They host a small après gathering around 4 p.m. with cake and light refreshments, which was a lovely and worthwhile touch. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out with functional spaces for hanging coats and storing boots after a day outdoors, plus additional well-organized storage. The décor is exactly my style—outdoor recreation meets Alpine meets modern—with a cozy, comfortable feel. I slept very well. While the rooms are fairly close together, almost B&B-style, noise was minimal even with other guests on the same floor. Breakfast was superb. The baked goods, especially the croissants, were some of the best I’ve ever had, along with an excellent selection of meats and cheeses. I stuck with the European breakfast, though the staff happily prepared omelets and pancakes for others. The common areas are warm and inviting, with a communal table, a multilingual bookshelf, and a fireplace that’s perfect for relaxing after skiing. Overall, Hotel Base Camp combines the charm of a bed-and-breakfast with the functionality of a hotel designed for people who love the outdoors.

Hotel bem bacana, café da manhã ótimo, quarto ótimo, atendimento excelente! Única reclamação foi que paguei por um quarto com vista para a Matterhorn. Nas fotos parecia lindíssima a vista, mas me colocaram em um quarto no primeiro andar, a matterhorn ficava atras do hotel do lado e atrás de uma árvore. Fiquei bastante chateado quanto a isso, fiz até uma reclamação para o hotel, que depois de algum tempo conseguiu um quarto no penúltimo andar para mim mas já era noite e eu já iria embora no outro dia pela manhã, então não valia a pena toda a mudança. De qualquer forma vale a visita, talvez só valha a pena mandar mensagem para eles antes para ver se consegue colocar do 3º andar para cima, aí a vista da Matterhorn será belíssima, se o quarto for com vista para lá.

Great hotel in convenient location with nice breakfast and small, comfortable afternoon bar. Fantastic, very helpful staff. Super view from our room (balcony view, top floor).

From start to finish the experience at Basecamp was amazing. Prior to arrival the staff were great at recommending and booking restaurants and snowboard hire. During the stay they were also fantastic, the brekky was great and the mountain view rooms were really well sized to settle in for 5 days. Location was a short walk everywhere and we thoroughly recommend

Nice lodge, good food, good service, good location. Would stay there again.

A wonderful room with a great view of the Matterhorn! Away from the busy part of town but still very accessible. Only downsides was the temperature of the room (we weren’t able to adjust at least to the best of our knowledge) and through the night some water noise was heard which kept waking us up.
