ホテル エーデルワイス ヴェンゲン

バルコニーから壮大な山々やヴェンゲンの可愛い建物が眺望できて、とても癒されました。 スタッフのみなさんは親切で、建物も綺麗で素敵な場所でした。

バルコニーからの眺めがとてもよいです。スタッフは笑顔を絶やさず社交的です。食事も朝も夜も美味しく、満足できました。コーヒー、茶等の飲み物のサービスがありました。ロビーにはソファーや本があってくつろげました。

スタッフがとても気さくで到着時しっかりとホテルの説明をしてくれました。 床が木で出来ていて、明るく可愛らしい清潔感のあるお部屋で、広くはありませんがバルコニーに出ると鳥の声が大音量で聞こえてきて(いい意味で)スイスにいる！と感じられる素敵なホテルでした。 Wengenに行く際はまた宿泊したいです。

大変満足しています。予約直後に届く丁寧な案内メール。フレンドリーな対応。オススメの夕食など、申し分ありません。

駅から若干離れるもののホテルの前に小さい公園もあったり子連れには過ごしやすい環境でした。シャワーオンリーでしたが快適でした。 夕食付きにしました。塩辛いものもありましたが、スイスの物価からすれば格安で、きちんとしたコース料理が出て、美味しかったです。

ウェンゲンでも街はずれなので静かさは一層で良い。ユングフラウが良く見えて感激で見ているだけで飽きない。スタッフも親切でよい。

部屋からの景色がつまらない側であっても、ホテルからすぐの道からラウターブルンネンタールに切れ落ちるブライトホルンを中心とした眺めが最高です。ホテル自体もセンス、サービスともに素晴らしい。駅から下る道が少し遠く感じたが、街自体小さいのでたいして気にならなかった。帰りは駅まで当然のぼりだが、それも苦にならなかった。歩くのがしんどい人には不便？

1泊しかしませんでしたが、スタッフの方が親切でした。部屋も清潔で気持ちがよかったです。朝天気が悪かったので予定通りにシルトホルンに行こうかどうか迷っていたところ、天気予報を調べてくれたり、別のルートを検討してくれたり、とても親切でした。結局、上は雪で視界もゼロだったので、登るのはやめ、紹介してもらったルートを回りました。とても良い景色で感激しました。

Staff are kind and helpful. Great view of the alps from the room. Clean room and lovely area.

Staff was friendly and excellent. The restaurant on site and chef were outstanding. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. But it was the staff that would make us go back. Rooms were clean with nice views, but bathrooms were a little tight.

The rooms were clean, the staff was FANTASTIC, we had a Mountain View that was breath taking, the breakfasts were outstanding! The only negative was the smaller bathroom but I am 6’ 1” tall. Just GREAT overall.

My words will fail me as I try to describe our stay! This place is amazing!!! I can't wait to visit again. The hotel is lovely. Quiet and in a beautiful setting. It was very clean. The rooms had everything we needed for our stay. We had a nice view from our balcony. We had dinner one night which was wonderful. Breakfast each morning was a nice way to start our day. But the thing that really sets it apart is the amazing staff! So kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend staying here. I hope to be back sooner rather than later!

The staff here is incredible accommodating. Super friendly and very willing to help. They spent 5-10 minutes going over all the hiking opportunities in the area, etc. with me (and with all new others who checked in). The single room is a little tight, but that's expected in Europe. The proper was very clean, in good repair, and the bed was comfy. Very enjoyable stay.

Loved our stay at The Edelweiss! The staff was amazing, our room clean and comfortable with a great view off our large verandah.

What can be expressed in words about the surreal beauty of the Lauterbrunnen valley and the surrounding area! And to make the most of this, find a setting that is close to most activities, but away from the crowds and noise. Wengen is a true loving community as displayed by summer weekly programs of traditional singing, dance, mountain long horn by local artists. Now add to that the joy of being treated as family, and so head to Edelweiss. From the moment that Balazs greeted us, filling us in on not only the hotel but surrounding activities, we felt welcome. And later, other staff knew us in the hall, calling us by name, and welcoming us to delicious breakfast each morning. This place proudly displays the names/pictures of their staff, so we could begin to call them by name, as well. Clean, friendly. Nice views, comfortable room. Please note this is down the hill from the train station by a couple of hundred meters, so take a local taxi if with mobility concern, but by all means add Edelweiss to your joys of Swiss experience.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Our room Overlooked the valley, mountains and waterfalls. So grateful we found this place and were able to spend time here.

We had the pleasure of staying here for our honeymoon. This hotel was the highlight of our stay in Switzerland. Perfect location, short walk from the train station and grocery store, the breakfast was incredible, and the view from our room was stunning. We absolutely adore Thomas and he is extremely knowledgeable with hiking and gave us advice every day we were there. Sarah is so sweet and makes wonderful cappuccinos. :) Be sure to book your stay for an authentic experience. We will be back again!

Very clean, quiet, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our balcony has a gorgeous Mountain View. The hotel is located in a beautiful small town - Wengen which is a good location for exploring the Alpine area. The breakfast was very good too. Strongly recommended for visiting this area.
