エアコンがなくて小さな扇風機だけで暑い季節だったので眠れなかった。 食事も期待していたがあまりおいしくなかった。

A comfortable hotel with helpful staff offering modern, well maintained rooms. Excellent breakfast. Lucerne city centre is around 20 minutes away on a regular bus service.

Charming small hotel just 20-25 minutes by bus 21 from Lucerne station and city centre. Comfortable quiet room with good air-con. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of fresh breads, fruits, hot and cold dishes etc.

The hotel is about a 15' drive from the downtown and main attractions area and is located in a quiet, peaceful area. Parking is free. You have a great view of the beautiful mountain range in front of the hotel. Our room was both spacious and cozy along with being very well maintained and clean. If you arrive late, call or message the hotel ahead of time to get instructions on how to get the code and card key from the lockbox at the entrance. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Upon check in, the gentleman at the front desk showed us the map of the area and suggested we do a quick walk up the street to the area behind the hotel where there is a beautiful view of the mountains, the lake and valley below. It's a 5 - 7 minute walk and well worth the effort. There is a very nice restaurant located in the lobby with an elegant ambience and delicious food. Check it out and note that the restaurant only opens certain days and certain hours of the week. When you're in town, check out the longest covered chapel bridge, the beautiful Jesuit Church of Luzern nearby, the many souvenir shops, and a scenic boat cruise around the lake. If you have a transportation, a drive to the very scenic Interlaken and Lauterbrennen is a nice add to your trip. We would stay there again.

This is a lovely hotel that has a real family run feel. Easy parking just opposite the hotel, and if you want to go into Lucern, they give you a visitors p[ass that allows free travel on the buses, and there is a regular service to the city centre that stops just outside the hotel. Also convenient for Mount Pilatus! In all recommended.

Sauberes ruhiges Zimmer mit Kaffeemaschine und kleinem Bad. Das Waschbecken befindet sich im Zimmer. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Tipps für die Umgebung. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Schöne Umgebung zum Spazieren.

Clean and comfortable, the bed was top tier. Breakfast was fantastic and worth the additional cost. Free parking available but the spaces are extremely tight so you can’t get out of your vehicle, but I was able to park on the other side of the parking lot and paid 2CHF for 15 hours.

Excellent hotel for Lucerne. This property is just outside of town, but very convenient for everything. It is on bus line #21 which delivers you to the downtown train/bus/boat station in just twenty minutes. Also just ten minutes to the Mt. Pilatus cable car in the opposite direction. Staff was great, very clean. Rooms have mini-fridges, very nice showers, and comfortable beds. There is an on-site restaurant that provided the best meals we had during our two week stay in Switzerland. Lucerne is very convenient for travel throughout the country (with a Swiss Travel Pass) and this property was perfect for it.

Amazing location, parking, breakfast, and service. Just note, a lift is available for the first 2 floors and the 3rd floor you take the stairs. No biggie until it is....

Great place to stay

We only stayed one night with our family but the man working at the desk was the friendliest, must helpful person we've met on vacation. He got out maps and wrote down directions for a perfect day for us! It was great

Bed was very firm but otherwise excellent stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Felmis. Perfect area just outside of town. Parking was easy and we took the bus in to town. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Thanks again.
