Though it is not located in the center of the main tourist sites, it is not far away from it. If you drive, it only takes 10 mins to get you to the heart of Lucerne. Plenty of free carparking lots are provided. Good scenic view as well.

停車場就在飯店對面，接待人員雖然忙碌但態度親切，雙人床房空間足夠開啟2個23吋以上行李箱且走道仍通暢，距離Luzern市中心有段距離，隔音非常薄弱，可聽到隔壁電視與走道的聲音。

We enjoy our stay. They hv laundry n dryer machine. It's really help guests who hv long trip like us.

very satisfying.Ifchance,I will come to Luzern again.I wil also stay in Felmis hotel as my best choice.Because theroom was clean and comfortable.Especially around the hotel,I can rent free bicycle to appreciate beautiful landscape.That was very nice experience!I am so appreciate hotel's excellent services and good recommendation from Agoda.

Clean and comfortable, the bed was top tier. Breakfast was fantastic and worth the additional cost. Free parking available but the spaces are extremely tight so you can’t get out of your vehicle, but I was able to park on the other side of the parking lot and paid 2CHF for 15 hours.

Excellent hotel for Lucerne. This property is just outside of town, but very convenient for everything. It is on bus line #21 which delivers you to the downtown train/bus/boat station in just twenty minutes. Also just ten minutes to the Mt. Pilatus cable car in the opposite direction. Staff was great, very clean. Rooms have mini-fridges, very nice showers, and comfortable beds. There is an on-site restaurant that provided the best meals we had during our two week stay in Switzerland. Lucerne is very convenient for travel throughout the country (with a Swiss Travel Pass) and this property was perfect for it.

Mit dem Bus alle 30 min in 20 min in Luzern City. Netter Italiener im Haus mit Terasse. Gutes Hotel für Abstecher Luzern bei Reise nach Mailand / IT. Immer wieder.

Amazing location, parking, breakfast, and service. Just note, a lift is available for the first 2 floors and the 3rd floor you take the stairs. No biggie until it is....

Great place to stay

We only stayed one night with our family but the man working at the desk was the friendliest, must helpful person we've met on vacation. He got out maps and wrote down directions for a perfect day for us! It was great

Bed was very firm but otherwise excellent stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Felmis. Perfect area just outside of town. Parking was easy and we took the bus in to town. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Thanks again.

Enjoyed the stay quite a bit. Visited in mid-June. Liked that the room was near but not in Lucerne, which offered an attractive room rate compared to Inns on the lake / downtown. Very easy access to downtown via a (free/included) shuttle stop right outside the hotel. I was able to park my rental car on site for free. The rooms were very nice and clean, had good A/C, and a refrigerator. Didn't try the onsite restaurant but it appeared popular for both guests and locals. No real negatives. Would stay there again, for sure, if not electing to secure a place right downtown.
