It’s nice the last day we left early they prepared breakfast sandwiches for us because we couldn’t make it normal breakfast time.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and location was perfect. Highly recommend staying.

Hotel acogedor, excelente ubicación en pleno centro de Zermatt al lado de la estación de tren, en una calle tranquila, habitaciones amplias y cómodas, buen servicio y limpieza, todo en perfecto estado. Muy recomendable, calidad precio inmejorable

Breakfast was great and I loved that they had hard woods floor throughout. Right next to the train station and very convenient. Helpful staff.

Agnes and team were all very professional and accommodating. Great place to stay. The cleanliness is top notch. And the location is just perfect if you don’t want to walk far from the train station (or pretty much from everywhere else). Happy I stayed here. Definitely recommending it to friends.

What a fantastic hotel! Perfectly located near the train station and town, it’s tucked away in a quiet area, making it ideal for convenience, accessibility, and peace. Plus, it’s only a 20-minute walk to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise—definitely take the walk instead of the bus; it’s so much more enjoyable! The room was lovely, featuring a balcony with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn and modern details like great lighting and plenty of charging points. While the bathroom was a little dated and the shower controls were a touch tricky, it was nothing that detracted from the overall experience. Breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful selection of meats, bread, fresh fruit, and yogurt to start the day right. The service was equally impressive—I was able to leave my bag with the hotel for the day, and when my room was ready, they kindly took it up for me. Such thoughtful touches really made my stay memorable!

Front office so friendly & kind. Train station 1-2 minutes away for with very easy access to Glacier Express and other trains. Breakfast absolutely delicious!

Hotel muito bem localizado a poucos metros da estação de trem, do comércio e da saída de trem para o Gornergrat. O teleférico para o Matterhorn fica à pouco mais de 1 km de distância, mas também bem acessível a pé. Nosso quarto tinha vista para o Matterhorn, cozinha completa e uma área interna bem grande. Os funcionários da recepção foram sempre extremamente simpáticos. Ficamos no hotel em julho, logo após a cidade enfrentar um sério problema de enchente, mas ainda assim foi fantástico. O café era bem completo e bem servido. Com certeza voltaremos à esse mesmo hotel, pois sempre voltamos para essa cidade.

Matterhorn view hotel close to Bahnhof. Rooms are large. Service is also very good.

Excellent service!

Right at yrain station. Also next to gorgegrant cogwheel railway station to go on top of the mountain. It can be a little noisy due to being next to it but no big deal. Also has laundry facility. No iron, no ac. Overall highly recommended
