We had such a wonderful stay at the Kameha Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Levin. He was absolutely brilliant—attentive, professional, and always went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. His warm and genuine approach made us feel truly welcomed, and he added such a personal touch that elevated our whole experience. Levin really made our stay even more special, and we can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend!

部屋のインテリアが金庫を想起させるデザインだったり、バーの壁が金貨モチーフだったりと、お金が好きな人が好みそうなデザインホテルです。通常のホテルよりエッジは立ってて面白いと思います。チューリヒ中心地からはトラムで20分と遠いため観光には向いてません。空港から近いためビジネスユースなら。

市街地から離れており、新しい開発地に立地しているので旅行気分は味わえない。しかしチューリッヒの交通事情を把握できていれば、トラムも便利だし、空港にも近いので使い勝手はいいかも。
ホテル施設は新しく問題はないが、チューリッヒ情緒の無さとアクセスに好き嫌いがあるのでは？

Odd location for the hotel. Across the street from car dealers. Nothing of interest in walking distance. 25-minute tram ride to city center. Would stay in city center when next in Zurich.

Upon arrival, the staff member at the desk upgraded our room, free of charge (which was lovely). However, we were checked into a room that was not cleaned. After going back down, they moved us to a different room.
In the new room, there were “coffee” stains all over the wall beside each side of the bed. On the second day, a cleaning lady came into our room and asked us if we wanted it cleaned at 8pm? We had obviously said no given the time. Then when they did clean it the day after, the coffee mugs were not replaced nor were the coffee packets. The shower smelt very muggy and old. Overall, not impressed with this hotel.
