リムジンバスの利用に関して困ったことがあったので報告します。このホテルの日本語表記は「パーク イン」から始まるラディソンホテルなのですが、英語だと Radisson Hotel Zurich Airport になっています。空港からのリムジンバスの乗り場で Park Inn by Radisson Hotelを探してしまい、もちろん見つからずに大変困りました。日本語表記も英語表記と揃えるべきだと思います。
ホテルの部屋自体はよかったですが、冷蔵庫もほしいです。朝食のレストランはすばらしい内容でした。

Overall our stay was good. The Hotel accommodated us with a King size bed. There where 2 issues that didn't satisfy me: 1)when asked for face cloths they didn't know what these were instead brought hand towels and lastly the hotel didn't inform us that the shuttle was not free. At least they could have mentioned it at the time of our check-in.

When we got to the hotel there were 3 employees at the reception and no one but us there and we weren’t even acknowledged. Then 2 walked away and the 3rd called us. He spoke extremely low which made it difficult to understand him with all the noise around us. Also, on website it said free shuttle and when I asked there is a charge of 10 francs per person on top of what is already being paid for the room for a ride to the airport that is less than 7 miles away. The room was dirty, including a stain that looked like blood on the headboard. Only reason I didn’t go back downstairs was because I was exhausted from the connecting flight to deal with rudeness.

Expedia highlighted that property is 10 min away but never mention that it is 10mm away by car.
There was no Bodywash, shampoo in 2 rooms and one room was missing hair dryer. Requested this at the reception but didn’t get it.
Check in and Check out was quick.

They said there was air conditioning. There was not. Our key did not work twice. I had to wait in a hallway that was 30 degrees. Never stay there again.

This hotel is connected to a McDonald's, which was strange and interesting. The room set up was also quite strange, with the shower and sink in the hotel room, with a separate toilet room with sink. There were some mysterious liquids on the toilet seat, as well as random hairs stuck to the toilet room walls, and the shower stall leaked water all over the floor. Overall, our stay was pleasant. The walk from the train station to the hotel was quite far and difficult due to some road construction.
