Overall our stay was good. The Hotel accommodated us with a King size bed. There where 2 issues that didn't satisfy me: 1)when asked for face cloths they didn't know what these were instead brought hand towels and lastly the hotel didn't inform us that the shuttle was not free. At least they could have mentioned it at the time of our check-in.

When we got to the hotel there were 3 employees at the reception and no one but us there and we weren’t even acknowledged. Then 2 walked away and the 3rd called us. He spoke extremely low which made it difficult to understand him with all the noise around us. Also, on website it said free shuttle and when I asked there is a charge of 10 francs per person on top of what is already being paid for the room for a ride to the airport that is less than 7 miles away. The room was dirty, including a stain that looked like blood on the headboard. Only reason I didn’t go back downstairs was because I was exhausted from the connecting flight to deal with rudeness.

Very convenient location - shuttle from airport, 800 m from train, bus to trail right in front of hotel, nice room with good beds/mattresses, desk and small seating area, competitive price, nice breakfast Buffett and super friendly staff.

Expedia highlighted that property is 10 min away but never mention that it is 10mm away by car. There was no Bodywash, shampoo in 2 rooms and one room was missing hair dryer. Requested this at the reception but didn’t get it. Check in and Check out was quick.

They said there was air conditioning. There was not. Our key did not work twice. I had to wait in a hallway that was 30 degrees. Never stay there again.

Booked a King room and not provided initially but this was kindly and quickly rectified by staff. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Great hotel shuttle from airport

This hotel is connected to a McDonald's, which was strange and interesting. The room set up was also quite strange, with the shower and sink in the hotel room, with a separate toilet room with sink. There were some mysterious liquids on the toilet seat, as well as random hairs stuck to the toilet room walls, and the shower stall leaked water all over the floor. Overall, our stay was pleasant. The walk from the train station to the hotel was quite far and difficult due to some road construction.

Wie immer alles in Ordnung, Frühstück ist leider etwas spärlich im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in dieser Klasse. Ansonsten passt soweit alles.

The shower was in the main room and it is about the size of a phone booth and it leaked onto the floor of the main room.

Schoonmaken was niet perfect. Koffie bijvullen gebeurden niet en het ontbijt was niet goed

NOT at the “airport”. Must take Uber or taxi from airport to actual destination. Hotel room accommodations lacking- bathroom wasn’t a room, shower in the living space was sub par. Staff unfriendly.

The hotel staff was really helpful & friendly! I the hotel is close to the Zurich airport & not far from the city by bus.

Super conveniently located right next to a bus station that goes to the airport and into the city. The hotel was really nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Had a great two nights stay here! The front desk held our luggage for us as well after check out, which was so very kind. There is an Italian restaurant inside the hotel, food was GREAT. there is also a McDonalds attached to the side of the hotel as well.
