The staff was extremely kind. The staff was amazing! We would stay here again! The beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable. The beach was not overcrowded with people or boats- excellent place for families to swim and have fun!

Good place to stay if you prefer staying close to the Bangtao Beach.

La estadia en el hotel Amora fue simplemente exceocional. Desde el momento de la llegada el personal nos recibio con calidez. Las facilidades estan impecables. La habitacion estaba limpia y amplia. Las areas comunes, la comida y la tranquilidad hicieron una estadia agradable.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, der Strand und die Umgebung auch, aber im All-inclusive-Paket gibt es Einschränkungen und das Personal war nicht richtig über den Umfang informiert, was zu viel Unsicherheit beim Personal führte. Das All-inclusive ist nicht in Buffetform, sondern à la carte, ausser beim Frühstück.

Food was dreadful. Worst breakfast ever in any Asia hotel far less a 5 star. Staff average except Maggie ( customer service girl from Ukraine who was great). Compared to usual 5 star resorts in Asia this was disappointing and a waste of money. Won’t return. Even the Thai food in their signature restaurant was dreadful.

Superb service, spectacular accommodations,, delicious breakfast, unique amenities. First class Highly recommend.

Troisième passage dans cet hôtel. Il est de mieux en mieux. Nouvelles infrastructures, piscines propres, c'est juste les clients qui ne respectent rien du fait qu'il ont payé c'est les rois du monde . je recommande cet établissement.

Overall we’re pretty satisfied with our stay, room is clean and spacious, thanks for the upgrade btw 🙏. We had dinner in the ISLA restaurant, food is amazing!! Swimming pool is not crowd, very kids friendly, and it’s so close to the beach which is another reason we want to stay here. I noticed that Aroma is a pretty new hotel, so here are some suggestions for your improvement according to my personal experience: 1. The air conditioning is not responsive, room is so humid and hot when we checked in, after calling the front desk, the lady said it takes 10 mins for it to work. Well, I’m not sure it’s the settings of the Mitsubishi air-con, if so, would be nice if you can have your staff to switch on the air-con before your guest check-in the room. 2. The “Make up room” and “DND” buttons are very confusing, it’s hard to distinguish it’s on / off, you don’t expect your guests have to learn and guess is it on or not, I’d rather prefer the traditional way to put the sign on the handle instead, 100% of people should know what to do. After not having someone to clean up for 2 days, I have to call front desk again and I was being questioned did I turn the make up room light on, well, it makes me feel like I’m being blamed, not good service at all… 3. Have your engineer to check the TV remote battery regularly, it’s not really a good experience I have to call the 3rd time to the front desk to ask for battery replacement, and I have to call again after no one show up in 10 mins…

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. We had some issues with our room which annoyed us a bit but they gave us a complementary upgrade to compensate for it which made us more than happy Overall a great hotel, would recommend

It’s truly beautiful. Somewhat quiet - a little too far if you’re wanting the busier tourist spots like Patong but taxis do go there - use BOLT though it’s cheaper and more reliable. The staff are so kind and friendly. Not lots of vegetarian options on the menu HOWEVER they will 100% make anything they have vegetarian for you with no issues at all. A few more breakky options for vegetarians though would be amazing but honestly can’t fault them. Looks EXACTLY like the pictures too!!
